Almost everything was perfect

At my arrival the knob to flush the toilet was missing......I went to the lobby to ask to change room, but she said that they were booked solid.and wasn't possible . Now, to flush, I had to remove the toilet cover, put my hand in the water and pull the chain, as it was broken and stayed at the bottom.

The location is great and easy to find. If you have a car, it is easy to get the IGA, a grocery store, to load any food and drinks you need. The environment is quite and peaceful. The room is clean and one step away from your parking. I am satisfied.

The check-in time was 4pm, which was one hour later than standard.

I liked how accommodating the staff was when I arrived earlier than mentioned and the room was already prepared and ready for us.

This is me just being picky, but it would have been great if they offered scrambled eggs for breakfast.

This is one of the best hotels in quebec. The rooms are clean a cozy. The fridge is big with little freezer. Perfect area near national park. We are coming every year and only booking this hotel. Plus mini breakfast is included.

The room was very clean with comfortable beds. It looks like it was also recently renovated. The continental breakfast was more than adequate. For friends and family traveling in or through Quebec I will recommend this hotel.

The breakfast options were less than desirable, but what you can expect for a free continental breakfast. Tea and coffee were cold in the carafes and no staff around.

Nicely clean renovated rooms, looks moderate. Beds were very comfortable. Continental breakfast style.

They could have a better grill/toaster. It looked old and toast did not grill that well.

Lots of free parking, quiet breakfast, nice rooms if a little dated. V close to McDonalds and petrol station. Nice walks locally. Friendly staff. Clean.

No hot breakfast available as promised when we were there at 6:45 on Friday morning. Cold items were satisfactory however

Lights above bed did not function properly. Thermostats seemed to do nothing, had to adjust wall mounted AC with knob on unit high on wall.

Incredibly nice staff, very helpful staff. Good breakfast starting at 5 in the morning, perfect for jet lagged people coming from the east…
