Breakfast, cleanliness,comfortable, couch in the room, location . I booked a third night after my first two nights stay. While the young man at the desk couldn't seem to give me a price for that third night, when I seen what I had been charged didn't make any sense...so before leaving the next morning the lady at the desk agreed with me and was able to correct it for me....gave me a very fair rate

On checking in The young man at the desk told us there was next to no biking available in Trois Rivieres...once informing ourselves we found wonderful trails and ways to get directly to Vieux Trois Rivieres safely. Too bad for the city that he answered us like that.

I like the feature that the ground rooms have direct access to the parking lot which has made the loading/unloading much easier. The stuff is super nice.

We stayed for 2 nights and the room was not cleaned after the 1st night which was surprising for me. Also it would be great if there are more options for breakfast.

Very clean and pet friendly. Medium bar fridge and microwave in room. TV had HDMI port for our own streaming stick. No carpets in this room--the hotel is slowly converting from carpets, which is a great improvement from last year. Convenient location off highways next to shopping. Free parking on site in front of ground floor rooms with exterior doors.

Was just what I needed/expected for the price and time. Clean, practical etc.

Would have liked to be informed that eggs and bacon where available before making my selection from the self-serve area. We were informed by another customer (a staff member was present but we were not informed by her, or the reception staff the evening before, of this possibility) - thank you

Great location with access to route 40 to Montreal. Location is across of strip mall with groceries, bank, pet store, etc. The local SAQ is also next door. Tim Hortons and gas stations are down the street with a Canadian Tire store. This Comfort Inn has the best shower water pressure I’ve experience at any location! Staff is very friendly and they changed my room immediately, when there was an electronic door lock issue with my room.

This is a very busy Comfort Inn because of the location.

Very clean and comfortable room.

The only problem was that the maintenace of the water heating system was being done in the morning, so it was not possible to have hot water

The breakfast was amazing, especially the bacon but I think they could do better

The stuff was not what I was looking for like they weren't very friendly but they weren't too stiff so they were like mediocre

The hotel was clean and the bed comfortable.

The breakfast didn’t include anything hot…only toast, fruit, yogurt, and cereals.

Very clean and the employee checking us in was great. Very professional, kind and gave us some great tips for eating in the area.
