I was given a room on the side of the conference center and the A/C fans are loud so I had trouble sleeping. The next morning I asked and the person at the reception moved me to another room. That was very helpful. They did mention I could also have come to change the room during the night.

I purchased the room with breakfast at 37 CAD per day. It turned out that the restaurant is a la carte and only a select number of items are included in the voucher. I ended up having a standard omelette for 37 dollars (!) and pay extra for orange jus and a cappuccino plus a tip. I asked for a refund at the reception for the other two vouchers but got denied because the booking was made on Booking.com. So, don't book the breakfast on Booking.com to avoid this situation.

Clean room and bathroom, comfortable beds, great location to go to a concert at Amphitheatre Cogeco, professional, helpful and friendly staff, good breakfast. It will be the go-back-to spot when in Trois-Rivières!

swimming pool was closed and we couldn't eat at the restaurant in the evening. There is plenty of options around though, so it was just a "too bad" but definitely not a show-stopper.

Great location.

Everything closed at 11pm on a Friday night (bar, pool). We were in town for a special event in the evening and would have liked to go to the pool when we came back. It is quite unfortunate that they couldn’t make an exception considering the extreme heat. Also considering it’s summer and there is a special event in town until mid-August.

Loved the large lobby. Even when busy it did not feel crowded. The room was modern, spacious and clean. It is great that there is a restaurant at the lobby and we were able to charge the meals to the room. The service was really good too. There are plenty of really good restaurants within walking distance. Leave the car at the hotel and walk to the main strip just minutes a way.

We have nothing negative to say.

Well centered, pool and the jacuzzi was amazing, room service excellent, I was on the 8th floor the bow was amazing.

It was spacious, clean, friendly staff, comfortable and the pool is lovely.

I would prefer a buffet style breakfast. The set menu had huge portions of things I didn’t really want.

I was only slightly disappointed because the restaurant within the bar was under renovations. It's due to open in October 2025, which will be nice. The best I could do for breakfast was Starbucks. But c'est la vie !

The room was very quiet, clean and comfy. The shower worked really well and the shampoo/body wash provided seemed of comparably good quality. Nice view from the room. Big windows, 9th floor. Enjoyed the TV. Comfy bed.

Only thing that bothered me was the price. I didn't expect to pay 300$ a night for a hotel in that location at this time of the year. For 300, even though I really liked my stay, the next time I'm in town I'll probably rent somewhere else. It just makes renting from that particular hotel just to stay a night feel unreasonable. Given the neighboring market, 220-250 is a price I would pay again even if I'm only going to make very short use of the place.

The staff was super helpful, the pool was nice, we could charge the hybrid car in the parking lot. The view from the room was very nice with the river and huge ships.

In a room with two double beds there is not one single shelf or wardrobe to keep one's clothes in - getting dressed from the suitcase or travel bag for several days is not cosy.
