Room was spacious and clean, with a fridge, microwave and toaster oven. Bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was adequate, but as expected. Hotel is well located for our purpose. Access to the highway is easy.

The air conditioning functioned very well, but was located directly above the bed, creating an air flow over the head. This was remedied by shutting it off and opening the window. All was very comfortable none the less.

Spacious and well equipped

The shower tap would not adjust the water temperature. My husband fixed it. The housekeeping should have noticed this when they cleaned and had it repaired. The front desk person at checkout was on her computer with head phones. I stood for several minutes with no acknowledgement of my presence. Eventually I left room cards and departed.

Very clean. Reception very good. Easy access to car. Good breakfast.

Would be nice to have an on site dining room after a long day on the road. Instead we had to return to the car and drive quite a distance to a nice restaurant in vieux trois rivieres. Also the elevator was a little complicated for taking suitcases upstairs if you have mobility problems.

Nice staff, big room, easy accessible from the outside. Clean. Did our washing there.

I thought being in “le Québec” there would be some nice French stuff for breakfast. It was the usual, which was ok. But we were hoping for a croissant instead of a muffin. Get more French in it :).

The bathroom was very large and the bed very comfortable. We liked the jacuzzi as well and it worked very well. We enjoyed the mirrors around the bathtub too. Room very clean. Very good breakfast (buffet).

WE would have like to ride a bike but the staff told us that they were no longer available for the season, even though it was sunny and a beautiful day of autumn.

A bit too close to the highway, hence a bit noisy if you have a back room - ask for a front facing room. Investigating some noise outside our window around midnight. Saw two men by our car, not sure what they were up to. I made sure they could see they were being watched from our second floor window, they got back in their car and left quickly.

The room was large and well equipped. The bed was comfortable. Small gym was clean and well equipped. Close to highways. Short walk to the river.

Location is under a bridge, surrounded by gas stations and car dealerships, could hear the trucks all night on the bridge. Breakfast was just ok.

Breakfast times during weekend differ - it would be good to update the website. We came for a competition and planned to have breakfast in the hotel but it did not work as it starts at 7am and not at 6:30 as I read on the hotel website.

The fact that we could plug in our car (without charge !) was a plus. It was close to the highway and to the Laviolette Park, which was a good place to go for a walk. The breakfast was good.

I thought the bed was really comfortable at first, but after two nights, I left with a backache I never had before.

Only there for one night. Room and bed were both very comfortable. Good breakfast. Nice to be able to use the on-site laundry. Staff were friendly.

Wish there was an elevator to get bags up to the upper floor. Air conditioner was a bit noisy.
