24-hour staffing of the front desk allowed us to check in late at night. Apart from the breakfast room staff, all staff were pleasant and helpful.

There was quite a line-up for breakfast, the staff had some difficulty keeping the food supply up, and the corner arrangement of the food area led to a fairly severe bottleneck, especially when occupied by families with children. Seating at the time we arrived was severely limited.

Room was spacious and clean, with a fridge, microwave and toaster oven. Bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was adequate, but as expected. Hotel is well located for our purpose. Access to the highway is easy.

The air conditioning functioned very well, but was located directly above the bed, creating an air flow over the head. This was remedied by shutting it off and opening the window. All was very comfortable none the less.

Friendly staff at reception. Comfortable bedding. Clean. No problem parking.

We were not in the main building, supposedly because we had booked with Booking.com. The tv remote control did not work. The air conditioner did not have reliable control. The shower is in the tub, which is extremely slippery.

Plenty of parking. Quiet grounds. Small, but good pool area. Everything worked (A/C, TV, lights). The room was clean and a good size for our group of three friends.

There were no issues. Breakfast can get busy after 8 am. So if you have an issue standing in line, get to breakfast early.

Spacious and well equipped

The shower tap would not adjust the water temperature. My husband fixed it. The housekeeping should have noticed this when they cleaned and had it repaired. The front desk person at checkout was on her computer with head phones. I stood for several minutes with no acknowledgement of my presence. Eventually I left room cards and departed.

We didn’t eat the breakfast as we like organic food and brought our own, but it looked good and there seemed to be a great variety.

Sometimes people stand near the door and talk loudly, early in the morning.

Very clean. Reception very good. Easy access to car. Good breakfast.

Would be nice to have an on site dining room after a long day on the road. Instead we had to return to the car and drive quite a distance to a nice restaurant in vieux trois rivieres. Also the elevator was a little complicated for taking suitcases upstairs if you have mobility problems.

For a suite like I had and the price point, I would like to see a bit more effort in design and staging for the room, to match the bathroom level a bit more.

Nice staff, big room, easy accessible from the outside. Clean. Did our washing there.

I thought being in “le Québec” there would be some nice French stuff for breakfast. It was the usual, which was ok. But we were hoping for a croissant instead of a muffin. Get more French in it :).

The bathroom was very large and the bed very comfortable. We liked the jacuzzi as well and it worked very well. We enjoyed the mirrors around the bathtub too. Room very clean. Very good breakfast (buffet).

WE would have like to ride a bike but the staff told us that they were no longer available for the season, even though it was sunny and a beautiful day of autumn.
