The room was very large. We received a complimentary upgrade to a spa suite which was a lovely touch. The bed was super comfy so we slept so well. The location is good for travellers that are passing by. The front desk staff member on the evening shift on April 8th was absolutely wonderful - thank you for the warm welcome.

The parking lot is not maintained in snow.

Simple breakfast, but very much worth it. Coffee and juice were available all day long, which is amazing

Rooms’s towels were changed by my request, only. Due to the winter, they were difficult to dry, so… Also, the towels for the swimming pool are way too small for a regular adult.

The room was clean and well decorated

I brougth my 5 year old grand child to your hotel because of the pool IT WAS AT 60 degrees it would have nice fir the agent to mention that when I asked if the pool was open for us to use It was very disapointed we did not swim The breakfast no more fruit salad and COLD hard boiled eggs! Fresh fruits and cottage would be a good thing to add to make it healthier

Pool and the slide were amazing for the kids.

Way too much chlorine in the water of the pool. Kids were all coughing heavily after 1h in it. Breakfast could be better with more choice. There was no milk for our first breakfast.

Very friendly and funny receptionist at check-in.

Breakfast same as everywhere in US/Canadian hotels/motels, it's hard to get used to....same with their coffee culture. But ok, I already knew before what was expecting us :-).

The pool was a big bonus, and the waterslide was something that our kids loved after a long day of driving (and the waterslide was VERY fast - which was super fun). Rooms were clean and well taken care of.

Breakfast was kind of terrible. Everything pre-packaged, hard boiled eggs with no salt & pepper offered (so tasteless) and you had to pre-order (which I'm assuming is to control waste) but our order wasn't correct. Do not count on this to fill you up before you head out on the road.

Pool is obviously the winning feature with kids, nice and shallow and warm. The continental breakfast was also decent, better than I expected.

Walls a bit thin and bathroom and furniture a bit worn, but wasn’t expecting anything fancy anyway.

We loved the bed and size of the room and the Staff also. They were French but spoke to us in English, this was very helpful I also loved the large tub. And that the elevator was handy to our room. The breakfast was also very good.

Nothing that the Hotel could do anything about. smiles

The staff were very helpful and friendly. Quick to tend to our needs. Breakfast in the morning was a bonus.

Would have liked the eggs to have been a little soft boiled, but that's just me.

Bed comfortable and room clean. Employees really nice and helpful.

Facility is tired and don't rely on the breakfast to start your day.
