Staff was friendly, check-in was smooth, our room was clean, the beds were comfortable, the pool was nice, and we were granted late check-out. Great restaurants and a grocery store just across the parking lot. Overall, would recommend this hotel.

No breakfast or food options beyond 9:30 AM. Breakfast ends far too early and we were not able to make it downstairs to eat in time. Note: We had all checked in late at night from our journey the day before and we were tired. As a business hotel, this scenario should be expected and later breakfast should be accommodated.

Coffee was fabulous. Almost next door to a supermarket and a Starbucks. Just off the trans-Canada highway. The hotel was full of schoolchildren on a trip with their teachers but the hotel was silent at night.

Breakfast was poor because I have a gluten intolerance and there was no bread to toast (for me).

The breakfast was just fine! Good selection and food temperatures were perfect. Very clean environment and friendly staff! I would recommend this hotel to family and friends. Housecleaning was done discreetly.

The price was a little high. When a person is on a fixed budget and needs to find accommodation in a certain area, a seniors discount would have been very much appreciated.

When we made our reservation on line, we asked for a quiet room away from the main road (40). The person in the front office gave us the closest room to the ice making machine and facing the route 40. Furthermore, the key card did not work, we had to go back to the front office twice, once to ask for a another room (there were plenty available) and the second time to get another key card.

Nice location and beautiful rooms. Super courteous staff and breakfast options were good.

We were there from a Thursday to a Sunday and were informed that there would be no housekeeping for the weekend. This meant piled up garbage in the rooms, garbage left in the hallways, running out of toilet paper because not properly stocked. That's a shame given how much we pay for the room. Also, love the hardwood floors but winter boots tracked in alot of snow and wet and there was no mat, which meant wet socks, messy floors (that weren't clean).

Very convenient location for road trip stop with kids. The 50% discount coupons for WhooHoo (available at the reception) made our day! Amazing, friendly staff and good breakfast. Very clean and there is a quiet corner available for phone calls. Check out available until noon. Lots of shopping and good food options nearby.

Breakfast was good, same as most hotels, but the space it was served in and the seating area was great. The pillows were nice quality

Breakfast was good; glad there was gluten-free bread. Really appreciated the high speed EV (car) chargers onsite!!!

Sad that the meat choice was solely gluten-containing sausage.

Our room was very spacious and very clean. The walk in shower was great My wife said that the breakfast which was included was the best, that she remembers having from a hotel. The hotel had plenty of parking. The facilities were excellent. I would not hesitate to recommend it and to stay there again.

The hotel was offering what we expected from a Holiday Inn Express. The staff was very friendly and even prepared a breakfast package to go for our very early departure.

There is a bit of room to improve the cleanliness. But it was ok in general.
