The room was lovely. The bed was comfortable. Just right for our requirements. The view was ok (the car park), but our main reason was visiting family who lived nearby, so we wasn't staying in the room all day. We found the staff at the hotel to be very friendly and always greeted us when we came in or left the building. They were very helpful if we had any questions or requests.

Our first morning there, breakfast was hectic and there wasn't an available table to sit at. I understood we could've taken food back to the room but it would've left a smell in the room. However, when we did have breakfast there, the food was nice and a very good selection.

Very friendly and polite staff. The taxi service from/to the airport was very good and efficient. From the hotel, the staff called the taxi and it was there in 2 min. The overall service value for money was very good. The breakfast was decent. Several restaurant and supermarket options (e.g., Subway, Domino's) were available within walking distance from the hotel. Another important advantage, was the presence of tea and coffee near the reception desk the whole time.

Minor points for improvement: 1- It would have been better to let the passengers know where to find a Coop de l'Ouest taxi at YUL airport. It took a while for me to find out the location. 2- There could be some space for cleanliness enhancement in the room.

This was an overnight stay for a flight connection. Rudy was very welcoming when we arrived after a long day of travel. He gave me the taxi voucher for the cab ride from the airport. Melanie was very nice with our check out. Arranging a cab. The taxi voucher again was a bonus to get us back to the airport. The breakfast was very good. The attendant was conscientious and attentive. Several places within walking distance eg. Walmart, pharmacy.

Nothing.

The room was very comfortable and clean. Nice bathroom with shower enclosure. The hotel is easy access from the airport and right next to the main Canadian highway heading west so very convenient.

If travelling with large suitcases and small children (with prams) make sure to ask for a room on the ground floor as there is no lift to the upper floors. There is also no restaurant in the hotel and nothing much around, although the hotel does provide details for takeaway restaurants nearby.

Decent size room and very comfortable bed. Great shower. Included breakfast was a good bonus although standard comfort inn fare and limited options to choose from.

Noise from neighbours was off putting, likely because the room had an interconnecting door option. Was a bit out of the way, 10min drive from the airport, even though it has airport in its name. Having no airport shuttle service and instead having to catch a taxi and get a voucher from the hotel for the driver when you arrive was a little confusing both for me, the taxi line attendant and the taxi driver, but it all worked out.

Clean, comfortable and convenient. Facilities were a bit basic but you don't go there for the luxurious extras. Suited us just fine. But please note there is only one restaurant within walking distance.

There could have been more food available because there wasn't really much close by to eat; very restrictive if you don't have car. Basically on a brasserie within easy walking distance.

This place had the most comfortable beds we’ve slept in through our month of travelling. It was clean, quiet and the staff were friendly and helpful. The free breakfast was actually pretty good and the airport transport option was a great ‘value added’ feature.

Nothing much to complain about…the pillows were a little hard and lumpy, kind of like sleeping on a bag of laundry but we’ve certainly experienced worse in our travels! It’s a bit of a trek to downtown Montreal if that’s a factor for you.

The staff, Rudy and the breakfast ladies were very friendly and helpful. The bathroom was exceptionally clean. The breakfast was good. We were very pleased we stayed at Comfort Inn.

The headboards on both beds were torn and one had scratch marks which entertained my 16 year old son, but wasn’t my favourite conversation. There is sticky fake leather you could apply to remedy this… well at least the tears.

The staff were very friendly and efficient. I didn't go to breakfast as I felt unwell, but my family said it was very good. The rooms were lovely and clean.

The only thing I didn't like is that the soap bar in the bathroom was not on a soap dish or holder. The sink got wet and I had to put a hand towel over it to keep myself dry, when leaning in to the mirror. Great place other than that!

Check in staff were welcoming and prompt with the voucher for the taxi ( to get from the airport we were told to take a taxi which the hotel paid for). The room was spacious and clean and the beds were really comfortable. Breakfast was the usual American hotel chain fare...cereal, waffles, muffins etc but it was replenished frequency and there was plenty of room to sit. We were heading back to the airport and were given another taxi voucher to pay the fare. It was quite a distance from the airport so the taxi provision was a godsend.

There was no lift so we had to haul luggage up two flights of stairs. Maybe if we'd known we might have contacted the hotel in advance to ask for a ground floor room (we were offered help with our luggage though), but we managed ok. Taxi queue at the airport was long, but that wasn't the fault of the hotel!
