Great location. Easy on/off the highway. Within walking distance of malls, many restaurants, and a movie theater. We stayed at this location last year. It was, and is still very clean. Rooms are newly renovated.

Our only complains are environmental, and not the fault of the hotel, but are still issues people should be aware of when booking. Firstly, the hotel is near the airport, so if you are a light sleeper, it may bother you. I equate the peak noise level as comparable to turning the air conditioning blower to high. Secondly, there is construction occurring next to the hotel. We stayed overlapping weekend and weekday, but did not hear any construction noise at all. It was raining during our stay, so gravel from the construction made sections of the parking lot muddy. It’s not a big deal, but I like to keep my shoes clean. Anyway, staff was very attentive to mop the entrance and lobby often, so this is also not really an issue to most travelers.

The TV control did not work, and most channels were in French (we don't speak or understand French) We asked for a second floor room, but was not available Not much to do around, hotel has a building under construction next to it, can be a bit dusty

Overall, the hotel was very clean and pleasant. The restaurant offers delicious food with a wide variety of dishes. The customer service was cordial and respectful.

Some parts of the room were rusty. The heater was very loud at night, so we had to turn it off to sleep. In the morning, the room was freezing.

Friendly & helpful Desk Staff overnight and in morning at checkout. Quiet, clean place to rest.

No complaints! Everything was great! Just a note for fellow truck drivers looking for parking: 10/27/2024 - room for one truck in back by backing in off main road. May be able to drive around after neighbours are done construction.

The room was very cozy, almost made me feel like I was home.

I didn’t like the fact that the lift too long to arrive so I always ended up having to use the stairs. I stayed in a room where the shower and toilet weren’t in the same room as the sink and I found that kind of annoying.

Price changed compared to whar i booked. Money taken immediately .... No bathroom but a shower ....

Very clean , Lady at front desk was very nice and took care of my son and I in english , and was very fast at her job ! Over all a very pleasant stay !

The casing for the Air Conditioning was on the floor and could not be attached to the wall. The food was terrific with a good choice on the menu. The staff was exceptional... required a blanket and the staff went out of her way to obtain same for me. Close to the Airport and would return for my next trip. Beds were comfortable.

Inflexible cancelation policy with Booking.com. The distribution machines don't take bills or credit cards. The restaurant is closed on Sundays, which is a bummer.

Location for the airport and Via station was great. It was very clean and staff was great. Breakfast was awesome. Price was good in comparison to others in the area
