The pool/hot tub and water slide were such a fun amenity. Breakfast in the morning had a decent variety and was quite tasty, especially the hot options. The bedding was very soft and plush which was super comfortable. We even received a text after checking in asking if everything in our room was ok.

The bed was too firm for my liking so if you are used to a soft bed it may be a challenge for you. The bedding itself was comfy though.

Wonderful place to stay! Clean and comfortable. Great breakfast (even had celiac safe gluten free options if you ask with separate GF dedicated toaster etc) Great pool/hot tub/waterslide. Staff even allowed some friends we know in the city to come for a swim with us at no extra charge - how nice! Been on the road for 7 nights, this was the best hotel experience yet. 👍

The staff were a big part of what made our stay so enjoyable. They greeted you every time they saw you with a smile and friendly words. The afternoon cookies were a nice little treat. I appreciated the shower in the ppool area to rinse the chlorine off. The lobby was inviting.

The pool area was quite dark in the evening.

If I need a room in Swift Current this is the hotel I prefer, the rooms are large enough for comfort, beds are comfortable, the tv has a lot of channels and quality bedding not to mention each room has plenty of counter space and fridge and microwave.

The toilet is lower than most

Good space in the room. Everything was there. The heat and cool controls worked very well. Breakfast was good, especially the scrambled eggs - Terry were moist and tasty

We were only given one room key, which was ok, but we're not offered two, which would have been the norm, and more convenient

The breakfast was good. The woman who worked the was excellent! She was on top of cleaning tables and restocking breakfast items. She is a superstar!

We had young grandchildren with us who looked forward to enjoying the pool-water slide. Unfortunately they were intimidated by a group of young males 2 nights in a row who were loud and aggressive and misbehaving. There actions ruined the experience for our family and others.

I like the room it was pretty big for us family, very clean and comfortable.

The front desk was not welcoming, check in time was 4pm, we were there like 4:45 and saying the room was not ready, so we'll have to wait at the lobby but she gave us the key already for the room. I told my husband to check the room if its ready , and its ready., was wondering why let us wait in the lobby and telling us is not ready and didn't even tell us how long the wait is , what a rude front desk lady didnt even smile, very bad customer service i've ever experience.

Front desk personnel and other staff we interacted with were very polite and cheerful. Room was neat and in good repair. Bed was comfortable. Lots of parking. Hot breakfast was very good with good variety of items. Easy to get to from the highway. Cookies at the front desk were very good.

Awesome pool with a super fast water slide. Our 2 year old loved the slide. Clean hotel and nice room for a good price.

When booking the hotel it said for 2 queen beds and in the description below It said double beds. This was not a deal breaker but some clarity on the booking site would be helpful for any confusion of other customers

Room was comfortable. Staff was polite and friendly. Breakfast was very good.

The hotel Wi Fi did not work. Prompt was name and room # did not match your data base? Both items were added correctly. Not impressed.
