The lobby was tastefully appointed. We had access to the breakfast area tables in the evening to play board games. Bed and pillows very comfy. We asked for extra pillows and blankets and received them promptly. Coffee & lemon water available in the lobby all day was great. Breakfast was very good. There were lots of protein and gluten free items, including gluten free cereal. I loved having laundry facilities available. When another guest left their clothes in the washer for a few hours, the staff dealt with it as soon as I expressed a concern about it.

Seem to be short of parking.

Breakfast was beyond my expectation. Loved the variety and that it was more than a continental breakfast.

Booked three rooms and specified that an adjoining room was needed. Was assured we would get one. Upon check in, an adjoining room was not available. Please don’t tell people they will get what they ask for if you cannot accommodate- OR better yet - make sure people get what they ask for. After all, it is called a reservation.

It was good. The coffee machine wasn’t working one evening but the staff got it working later. The next morning it also wasn’t working at one point.

I was disappointed that the television channels didn’t include all the listed channels on the guide. It was very limited for the price of the stay.

Facility was excellent. Rooms large and well appointed. Beds comfortable. Pool was as advertised

Check in was confused in that they had to search for the booking.com reservation. Breakfast was good but missing several things we got at the Days Inn in Medicine Hat the next night. Nightly rate was $50 higher when compared to the Days Inn in Medicine Hat the following night and breakfast was less.

Very friendly staff. Clean property and rooms. Comfortable beds. The included breakfast was perfect.

The furnace fan didn't work properly in our room. It was just blowing cold air. We couldn't get it to work, so we unplugged it. We were told to work it with the thermostat but it wasn't working. Otherwise, We had a nice stay. Im sure if I phoned the front desk, they would have dealt with it further, but it wasn't needed once I unplugged the fan. The room temp was good.

Clean and comfortable, and conveniently located.

Pavement patches in the parking lot by the handicap parking stalls weren’t solid and the luggage trolley got stuck in the loose fill.

The kids loved the pool, It was nice and warm, and not too deep. The breakfast was good, there was lots to choose from. The hotel is in a great location for shopping.

The location was easy to find. The breakfast was one of the best! The staff was pleasant and helpful. The tub even had a bathmat so my wife felt safe using it.... No fear of slipping. The towels were nice and big!

Those pillows were like boulders! Could have been softer.

We were not able to have breakfast because we left early. But the staff allow us to get some fruits to go. They were so helpful.

Nothing to dislike.

The parking lot is a little funky and does not appear to be particularly secure (no cameras etc). Breakfast was not available for people needing to leave first thing in the morning.
