Great staff, very friendly. I was not pleased with the first room they wanted to give me and asked for a room on a higher floor. They did, no problem. They helped in many ways: arranged for my bag to be picked up at the airport (bag which made it to Concepción four days late), called cabs for me, held material at the reception desk to be picked up by colleagues... Staff at the bar and restaurant are very friendly and approachable as well. It is fun to sit at the bar.

There is not really a pleasant space available to sit and lounge. The restaurant has a being underground feeling to it (and it is), no windows. No real space outside the hotel to sit, read, smoke, have a drink. Then again, this is the case for many hotels I saw in Concepción.

The hotel is very modern, which makes it quite comfortable and elegant. The restaurant is very nice with a very extensive menu, apart from the breakfast which is good. In my case, it is very central to where I had to go to work.

Beds very comfotable, breakfast was very good, room nice but a bit dark and could use more light. The staff was extremely friendly and helpfull at all time. Good location to go eat a restaurants near by.

Lighting was a bit low in the room. Charge for the coffee machine at the bar when it isn't included in the breakfast was a bit expensive.

The hotel is quite new and the rooms newly renovated. The bathrooms are large. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of food.

The rooms do not have much space to put things and the cabinet is very small as well.

This is my favourite hotel. It is so relaxing to find a hotel so clean and so well positioned in a great city.

On checking out after breakfast on Monday, I was changed for a whole day for parking my car!

The breakfast options were very good. We also had two very good dinners in the restaurant there during our stay.

On a couple of days, towels left to be taken away were, but replacements were not left in their place.

The hotel is just beautiful. Perfectly clean and the staff was really helpful and welcoming into the hotel. A good variety of food while having breakfast. Great hotel.

It is all good. It would be great if the hotel had a terrace or balcony to look at the river. It would be breathtaking.

We love the place where it is located. Easily you can walk around downtown. The staff was incredible kind and the breakfast was amazing. I’ve been in many hotels and these breakfast was one of the best.

A business hotel of adequate standard right on the edge of the central business district. Easily reached by taxi since it is near one of the bridges to the riverside expressway. Walking access to the downtown and to the nearby large city park is very good. Reception was excellent and I found someone there and in the restaurant who could communicate with me in English. The restaurant was good for both breakfast and dinner. However the dining space is windowless and airless so a bit dreary. Room was excellent except for the air conditioning, which barely functioned (even after i asked Reception to look at it). Fortunately, my room on the 6th floor had two opening windows.

Early morning noise of passing freight and passenger trains. The hotel is across the street from the tracks. Fortunately, it sounded as if that the trains did not run at night. The doors to the large cafe space on the second floor were locked. This space apparently belongs to the office complex next door. Since that space is the only bright and airy space in which to relax and enjoy a coffee or snack, having it out of bounds was disappointing.
