The hotel is beautiful, in the heart of Santa Cruz. Our room was very nice, loved the little chocolates. The breakfast was very good with options for every palate.

We visited the spa, it’s a shame the facilities are in the toilets which are separate for men and women. Also the women’s steam room didn’t work, I reported this twice. The outdoor pool was also closed, this was a shame as the weather was lovely. The bathroom in our room was tiny, no room to use the facilities comfortably.

Breakfast was excellent, complete with a live music performance! The hotel is well-located in the centre of Santa Cruz and really celebrates Chilean culture and traditions. Wonderful. Beautiful location as well, as well as the interior and exterior of the hotel, offering many places to relax and enjoy.

We came with our dog, as this was marked a "dog friendly" hotel on Booking.com. I also sent a note in advance to confirm this. However, we did not receive a response confirming or rejecting this. When we arrived however to the hotel, we were informed that they no longer accept dogs. Finally they let us come in with him, but it would have been better that they had revised the different pages where you book the hotel. We would have either selected a different hotel, and/or made arrangements to leave our dog at home.

The hotel is a perfect way to see Santa Cruz, the museum which is fantastic and other vineyards. Nice wine-tasting room (we didn't do any) and nice gift shops. The breakfast was huge and varied, very good coffee. We enjoyed the setting but needs a few more cozy sitting areas in winter or in the pouring rain, which we experienced since it was very early spring. In the evening, we had decent pizzas by the fireplace. The heating in the rooms was very good.

My shower leaked quite a bit. I think there could be more cozy areas, given the colonial theme. We were not able to make use of the SpA since we were staying less than 24 hours

Cool historic hotel in the heart of the pueblo. Lots of vintage style throughout with old school, elegant service from the staff. Staff is very courteous and helpful. Hotel is in a kind of complex, with many on-site amenities. Breakfast is a huge buffet with all the best Colchagua has to offer. Restaurant is quite good. Pool, spa, etc.

Well appointed and comfortable rooms. Close to the wineries.

It’s a pity that the main square was being upgraded because it was very dusty. The waiters were very slow to bring us our orders and the bar ran out of the gin we were drinking, also the low sugar tonic is not very nice.

Wonderful hotel. Friendly staff, superb breakfast which has a vast range of foods to cater for, almost, everyone. It is effectively and efficiently run and constantly refreshed. We have travelled widely and this hotel is one of the best we have stayed in. There is a mix of clientele from tourists, families and business people. The room we had in the front block was spacious and comfortable. We had a view of the distant hills and it was peaceful. They have parking on site which is a bonus as the hotel is situated on the Plaza de Armas. They have a valet parking system and may need to park your car but this, again, is efficiently organised. There is a lovely pool and if you want a flutter, the casino is also on site, free to guests. The staff from reception to concierge to cleaning are first class.

Not you fault, but road approach for cars and parking is a bit difficult for someone new to Santa Cruz.

Sad that plaza was under construction since our view wasn’t great but once the plaza is finished it will be great.

Great facility, this was our second stay at this hotel within 3 months. Highly recommend.

Despite the fact we were there during shoulder days (night from Thursday to Friday) with very little guests our car was always (even for 30 minutes) driven away from the parking lot and so we had to leave the keys / ask for the keys every time. This would be understandable if the hotel were full, but do not understand this. At least 25+ empty car parking spaces just in front of the main reception area.

I traveled with my mom and it was exactly what we were hoping for on this leg of our trip. The location was great (10 minutes walk to bus station, great restaurants) and staff was friendly. The quality of the room and amenities met the value. The pool, steam room, and sauna were nice as well especially given the weather.

Don't ask the hotel for the help getting a taxi. It is easy to get a cab yourself outside and you will get a fair price directly from the cab driver.
