The property was really beautiful. The rooms looked over the grape vines and was a stunning location. Room was wonderful- very comfortable beds, spacious, great bathroom facilities and the wine barrel design was really interesting. Staff were very helpful- we punctured a tire on our drive there and the staff helped call around to find a garage to help us. The pool was great and I booked a massage which was really good. Breakfast was a highlight- great selection of delicious food. Staff arranged a breakfast for us when we had to leave very early for a flight. Good location- a few minutes away from the main town. Highly recommended.

Food at the restaurant was quite expensive and we thought was not worth the money but overall good quality.

The rooms were amazing. Very unique, very clean and comfortable. The whole area around the hotel is amazingly beautiful, easy to sit and relax for a bit. The staff were helpful and friendly, and very attentive. The restaurant was good as well, convenient, maybe a bit too pricey but the food was good. I loved the place and i would go back again!

The beds are a little small for 2 people and one night there were neighborhood dogs barking. If you dont navigate stairs well, the bathrooms are downstairs so beware. May be difficult to navigate at night (or after wine!).

Very friendly staff. Quirky place to stay. We liked it so much we stayed an extra night. We enjoyed the dinner we had in the restaurant. The wines are delicious and reasonably priced by the glass.

Decking is noisy outside the room with late night revellers and a local dog running past during the night. The bicycles could do with a ladies saddle and more comfortable men’s ones. The hire is a little expensive. The fruit juice was watery at breakfast but the Lemon meringue pie delicious!

Amazing place to stay, very beautiful and a great experience. Our visit was in a cooler month which did mean that the bathroom was a little cold, although a plug in heater was provided. Make sure you book the hot tubs in advance, although there are plenty they aren’t always prepared for use unless you book ahead. Very helpful team on reception booking taxis to local restaurants and making sure our stay was safe excellent.

The hot water didn’t last very long and the bathroom was cold until the plug in heater was switched on, but I’m sure this wouldn’t be an issue in summer!

Service and the staff's attitude of service was above all. The hotel exceeded my expectations with the Barrell shaped rooms, which are awesome, and the whole vibe in the middle of a wineyard. SPA, food, pool, Hot tubs under the vineyards, you name it... whatever you need whenever you need it. My family and I had a wonderful time! Thank you!

Included breakfast can improve, for sure. Eggs a little under cooked, and buffet variety and quality isn't as good as the hotel experience. But no biggy.

The wine barrel rooms were so quaint and cozy. The bathroom down below was very spacious and had a winding staircase! It was awesome, just so much fun to stay in! They stay included breakfast also. It was one of the best hotel breakfasts we have ever had. Lots of pastries plus eggs, meat,fruit, yogurt and more!

I would have liked coffee in the lobby before 9 am when the restaurant opened. We learned here in Chile though that things aren’t opened as early as in the States. It was not a big deal!

beautiful wine barrels set among grape vines and the interior was thoughtfully done with old French chandeliers and thoughtful antique furniture.

they need a new chef. the dinner at the restaurant was disappointing. they over cooked the tuna and the pork ribs had almost no flavor. the salad from their garden though was delightful.

The rooms at this hotel are unique and beautiful - the design is very effectively done, with the bathroom on the -1 floor (which is enormous and very luxurious). The setting of the hotel is also very beautiful, next to the vineyard and with a decent-sized pool for cooling off when sunbathing, and plenty of beds for the hotel guests. Breakfast was good, and the dining area is on a lovely terrace.

For the price, I would have expected a couple of additional touches such as a welcome bottle of wine in the rooms, for the water not to be charged at room service costs, and most of all for the bike hire to be included in the cost of the room subject to availability. I would not recommend hiring the bikes - it is 30.000 pesos for a day, per person, and the roads around the hotel are busy with cars and buses passing constantly. Taxis are very cheap and much safer/more enjoyable.

We had a truly wonderful time. The rooms were amazing, and the staff made an exception for us and moved my husband and I to a room with a bathroom with a door. The staff went out of their way to make our time special.

We felt it would have been more relaxing for us without having little kids running around.

Very friendly staff, lovely location and novelty of staying in an old wine barrel!

Pool needs re-lining / maintenance, just needs a little spruce up as some of sun loungers and cushions are a bit worn
