The room is very charming and comfortable. The restaurant is very good. Breakfast is excellent, with a great variety of choices. The restaurant is excellent with great wine list.

I think this kind of hotel should not accept children. They are noisy and impolite.

The place is fantastic, beautiful gardens, nice swimming pool and as a back yard a vineyard that you can walk. The rooms are also very nice. But what is also unforgettable, is the Team that give the most friendly and customer driven attention. I am very sorry that I don’t remember their names, but from the team at the reception, the ladies that get your room done, the team at the breakfast and serving at the gardens, all of them so friendly!! I would give them a 10/10!!

beautiful landscape ... just near the vineyards. lovely decorated, the team was very nice, very helpful.... it was also nice for families... next time we will come back with children and friends... also very nice food!

The staff were very helpful, and the pool and patio was lovely. The bed was extremely comfortable. And it’s a peaceful atmosphere in the country. and the breakfast had a nice options.

We found the price of the food (lunch, dinner) to be quite high relative to the average quality of the meal.

We booked a superior room but they don't have the means to cope with rain and we were placed in another room. Then there was a roof leak and our clothes got wet. Staff was very helpful but we had to move to another room which was not prepared and was cold. The room was even less attractive. Not a destination to go when it rains. The lobby and common area in winter could use more heating. We were all wearing jackets while lounging.

The facilities are very neglected and in poor condition; poor food but kind staff; the foto shows the main entrance from the inside

Staff was not very proactive, no towels in pool area when needed. The bed had no fitted sheets. Definitely not worth the price.
