We liked the facilities, the staff and the breakfast. The design and concept of the hotel was amazing. Congratulations.

It was a little noisy because the hotel is not very far from the main road (highway). We also didn’t like that at the check out the person in the reception asked if we wanted to leave a tip. It was extrange for us because you are paying for the hotel and we suppose the staff has their salaries. And if not enough the owner must pay more because the hotel is not cheap.

Local charm, e.g. rafter ceilings, clay tile roof, beautiful willow tree, green environment in general, roofed walkways, daybed swings, lovely view. Nice pool and quality (not plastic) lounge chairs. Very nice staff who speak English. Eggs offered at otherwise buffet breakfast.

Everything was neat and clean except some stains on pool floor.

The facility was situated in a park like setting. Lovingly cared for. Matias at the front desk has magnificent English skills and was incredibly helpful with any question from restaurant recommendations to setting up a bus ticket for me. Would love to go back to this special area and hotel along the wine road.

Had some highway noise, but it didn’t keep me up.

The hotel offers a breathtaking view of the mountains and valley. The rooms are spacious, spotless, and perfectly comfortable. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. I highly recommend it to anyone planning to visit wineries in the area

The locations and the garden is amazing. As well the room is cosy and clean

The breakfast is poor and some food were old. At the moment of the check out the owner asked me extra money for drinks we didn’t order: not exceptional.

Beautiful grounds and lovely comfortable rooms. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Couldn’t do enough for us. Rented bicycles from hotel. They came well equipped with helmets, reflective vests, locks and water. Definitely would stay again.

No restaurant but plenty 10 minutes away.

Gorgeous setting felt like an oasis in Santa Cruz! We loved our late afternoons sitting by the pool. Breakfast was lovely and the staff were helpful and friendly. Highly recommend!

Everything was excellent

The property was extremely well maintained. It had a shocking wow factor when we walked in, absolutely stunning place.

I didn’t like that we were only able to stay for 2 nights. I could have spent a week there easily just sitting by the pool taking in the views.

Excellent accommodation and beautiful view from the room. Clean room, bathroom and common areas. The staff from the hotel was very attentive. Definitely, I would come back.

The room was very cold when we arrived and it took us a while to make the AC work.
