You feel like you are staying in a living museum. Beautiful! Very special experience. Gorgeous inside and out. Great to take unforgettable photos. Recommend king's room, it has an attached living/sitting area. Shower is nice and hot. Everything works. Good room heating too.

Not an issue, just keep in mind there are stairs to enter, so bring luggage which you can carry in hand up those stairs. We were lucky as our luggage was lightweight so it was easy.

I got excellent deals due to the low demand, on the other hand, as there was not enough guests, they suspended the buffet for the breakfast in the fist two days, only choices for "continental breakfast". It was ok. The third day they put on the buffet and it was awesome. No parking available, keep that it mind if you need one. The buildings are interesting.. and the princess of the castle, Martina, was always around purring and interacting!

The staff was friendly, the medieval-themed decor of the place was very cool, and I think it was very well executed, the room was spacious, had beautiful decor, books, a large and very comfortable bed. Additionally, there are costumes available for you to take photos in the place. I love that they let you explore part of the castle. The architecture is beautiful. I believe the room's value is fair for everything you get. I would love to come back.

When I checked in, they requested documentation to prove my foreign residency, which I didn't have with me. I know it was my responsibility, but this ended up costing me an extra 19%. It was kind of inconvenient, and I forgot about it when I saw how nice the room was. Interestingly, at another hotel in the area, they didn't ask for this kind of documentation..

Great atmosphere, beautiful garden, great view, friendly staff, great location, comfortable rooms, yummy breakfast, water/tea available anytime in the dining room, great internet. Some rooms are a little dark so request a 3rd floor room for a view.

Didn't know I wasn't supposed to flush the toilet paper in Chile, so ... oops! Management should put up a sign esp for us English speakers.

The property is well maintained. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Very nice views of the surrounding neighborhoods and part of the city. The hotel is reasonably located to the city, although it is uphill and is not well suited to the disabled. This didn't affect my party, but disabled travelers should be aware.

Great hotel, very comfy beds. Nice outdoor areas. You could also dress up in medieval costumes such made for a fun stay.

Breakfast was left on each table and consisted of sandwich and fruit. Would be nice if it could be delivered when we sat down. Value for money was great though so overall though this was not a big deal.

The property has a very pleasant feel about it keeping to the theme of a medieval castle. One feels very safe and secure at the property. The rooms were very clean and the air conditioning worked great!

The ambiance of the place - interior and the grounds - is incredible. The room (suite) was beautifully arranged and the king-sized bed was very comfortable! The breakfast location outdoors was lovely.

Maybe a buffet for the breakfast instead of the the already-set meal.

It's a nice venue with cool and pretty dark rooms which was perfect for our stay in the summer with some hot days.

It's a good value for money but the breakfast wasn't great and could be improved for a better experience.

The staff is welcoming and helpful, the place is fun and one is allowed to play a bit with the medieval decoration. The heating works very well in the rooms.

The rooms and bathrooms are a lot smaller than they appear in the pictures, no view from them.
