The breakfast was outstanding, offering a variety of food in a spacious eating location. The room was very clean and had lots of room.

The room could have provided an iron as well as an iron board. The phone to ring the front desk was not operating. Windows could do with noise suppression technology, because being in a busy avenue, it gets noisy at night.

The hotel is overall very good. People are nice and professional at the reception desk. The rooms are clean, comfortable and quiet. The shower has hot water immediately and with good pressure. The breakfast and restaurant are ok.

It would have been great to have some coffee or water available directly in the room. Coffee or tea are available at the restaurant on the first floor but it is always practical to have this available directly in the room.

The staff were lovely & helpful. First night our room was noisy, so they moved us next day to a quieter room with no hassle at all.

Great to have secure, free parking. The subway/train is a block away so it was easy to get to Valparaiso for the day. Nice breakfast buffet. Staff were super friendly and spoke some English. Good wifi.

Rooms are a bit dated but fully functional. Our bed had seen too much use in spots but we were able to adjust.

This hotel it's a little gem. Very well located, the room was big and comfortable, had an amazing hill view. Bed was comfortable and the breakfast was stellar!!! Make yourself a favor and don't look any longer. As a bonus, the peruvian restaurant across the road is AMAZING!

It would be good to have coffee/tea in the room (or at least a bottle of water) The breakfast is good but lacks variety when you stay longer

I arrived early and they kindly allowed me to check in a few hours before the official check in. Staff was generally very kind and helpful. Breakfast was delicious with nice pastries, fruits, yoghurt, even gluten-free options, and excellent hot chocolate. The hotel is downtown with lots of restaurants and shops around. It's in a bit less touristy part of downtown so more shops available.

It would have been nice to have a teamaker in the room. Otherwise the room was large and bed was very comfortable. The room had a nice large window.

Breakfast is pretty good, the room is big enough and the bathroom too. Location of the hotel is great, you can walk 10-15 minutes to the nearest restaurants, pubs and sites of interest, this is a great option if you want to be near downtown but also to the main streets where all the fun is.

Maybe they could improve on renewing the carpets, they seem a little bit old but nothing serious.

Staff helpful and dilligent, available at any time, and accommodating. Faced medical troubles during my stay, and staff helped address it, no further issues.

Air Conditioning not really working. Forced to open windows, traffic is really loud. Due to this, had to increase Old TV volume. Still hard to hear, got complains from neighboring rooms. This needs to be addressed.
