Very informative and friendly staff. Excellent service, especially during busy times. Very varied breakfast. Lovely location close to the beach and local bars and restaurants. Outside area was a suntrap spent lots of time by the pool. All areas were clean and well maintained.

The bathroom was a little dated, and hot water for shower seemed intermittent, but still clean and useable

Very comfortable room in a great location. Very close to the beach, the walking sites as well as restaurants and bars. Staff were very helpful and flexible with check in.

There is no kettle in the room but hot water is available in restaurant.

The sidewalks outside the hotel are uneven. I had a bad fall whilst walking towards the casino. The Municipality should fix all the pathways and make them even!!!! There are horrible DOGS all around the centre of the city, on the boulevard, etc. THESE DOGS SHOULD BE REMOVED BY THE MUNICIPALITY!!!!!!!!

The quiet rooms are a real bonus given the proximity of this hotel to all the bustle of the beach and surrounding areas. Breakfast included was a real time saver in the morning. The hotel is within easy and straight forward walking distance from the bus station.

This hotel exceeded my expectations given its location. I cannot think of anything that could have been improved.

Location is excellent. Breakfast was good.

It was annoying that I couldn't charge meals and sundries to my room but had to pay each time.

The location is fantastic. Our room's view was great as well. Breakfast was delicious and the staff was very attentive. We parked at the hotel and we felt it was safe and secure at all times.

Everything was OK. There is always something that can be improved, but to be honest I cannot come across anything at this moment. The place was lovely and the staff were friendly.

Pool is basic and pool chairs are pretty uncomfortable.
