The terrace is lovely, and you can enjoy drinks while lying by the pool, which is actually warm! The view from the terrace is nice as well. The rooms are cozy, good hot water, the WiFi is strong and you can cast from your phone to the TV. We have stayed here twice, and I don't think I could stay anywhere else. There is valet for your car, which is a really good service. The check in process is a bit slow, but not bad. The breakfast was really nice as well.

There aren't that many places in the terrace to be by the pool, so if you want a spot, you might want to get there early.

The resort was situated in a perfect part of the city. It is right on the beach and near all the craft vendors along the wharf that are very friendly. When I read the reviews about this hotel I was a little nervous booking this property because there were multiple write-ups that were not too positive. I have no idea why these were written? The place is perfect! The staff is top notch, the rooms are spacious and very clean and the rooftop bar and pool are very nice. The lobby of the hotel is about 2 minutes walk to the beach. I didn't eat in the restaurant but it looked like a classy place. I would not hesitate one bit to stay here again or recommend this property to anyone.

There was nothing I didn't like about this hotel. It was exactly what we wanted.

Things we would change. Bathroom fan lid was open and we could not shut. No towel holder for hand towel. Not enough storage to unpack suitcases. Tv for streaming would not work. Don’t get me wrong. The hotel was wonderful. But little changes would make it even better. Staff was better than anywhere we have ever been. We were celebrating our 10th year anniversary and you treated us to a corner room and champagne. So sweet. We enjoyed it so much. Thank you.

The Location is amazing, you can walk all around the border coast, the views from the room and from the rooftop at the hotel are fantastic. The Breakfast is also very good, nice food, nice table, with very nice views to the shore of the beach and sea. Fantastic!

The Chekout is too early, 12 is a very short time to enjoy the next day. Will be fantastic a check out in at the same time of the check it. 15:00hrs (3 PM) will be fantastic for enjoy the rest of the day at the hotel.

The place is pet friendly and we could stay with our little female dog with us, they were very nice with her. Among others, breakfast was very good, the location is in one part of the touristic downtown, close to the beach and good restaurants, the bedroom was ok. The rooftop had nice environment and the warm pool is perfect when the weather is a little cold.

It is a newly renovated hotel, so the facilities are nice and modern. However, there are a few negatives. For one, it appears that the hotel offers rooms with twin beds only: double-bed rooms are at the upper floor, for a higher pay (or so it is on booking.com). Then, the pool on the roof is extremely narrow: it can hardly fit more than one or maximum two persons swimming at a time. Additionally, and quite strangely, the plates at the breakfast buffet are extremely small, of the size used for serving side bread in restaurants: one can hardly fit much on them, inevitably remaining with a strange feeling that this is a way for the hotel to discourage filling. (Larger plates are available, but only if you ask). All in all, a nice modern hotel, but with the above things quite distracting.

The location was fantastic. Near restaurants, bars, the beach, attractions. Not far from Valparaiso and the sand dunes. The view from the seaview room was very good especially from a higher floor. Also liked that there was an open staircase that could be used apart from the elevators. The rainshower was nice! Breakfast was good enough to start the day. The best part was being able to cross the road to the beach and watch the sunset.

For a hotel in this category we expected facial tissue in the bathroom and coffee/tea making facilities. The bathroom shower design is nice but water kept leaking out into the bathroom.

Great location and nice personnel

Please work on breakfasts, No vegetables, lots of junk sweetened food, no decent coffee machine (only the flask) and the scrambled eggs made from powder. The only exception were detox freshly-squeezed juices made of root vegetables. The name 'deluxe room' is misleading. Although fairly comfortable they are very small which does not compute with a 5-star regular requirements.

Lovely location. Nice Seaview room but very small. We were on floor 2 and outside of our window was the roof of the restaurant which was littered with used napkins and rubbish. Shame as the view otherwise was lovely.

Location

It's a faily new, well-appointed hotel in a great location practically on the waterfront. The staff are excellent, the breakfast is extensive. The rooms are quiet with a desk, good lighting and exterior blinds at night. The gym and rooftop bar have nice sea views.
