Good design and large rooms.

Nothing. They cancelled our room without warning. Totally unreliable hotel.
We booked the room a few days earlier, via Booking.com. No prepayment was possible at the time, and we were asked to pay upon arrival. We then arrive, late at night, for a transit, and we found out that the hotel had unilaterally cancelled our booking, under the pretext that we had not paid in advance, despite Booking.com clearly stating that we had to pay upon arrival (we checked multiple times). No message (by email, phone, or else) warned us of anything, including of their decision before our coming. Barely any excuse from the staff. No backup room was available. Eventually, thanks to the person I was with who was speaking mandarin, and after lengthy exchanges, we obtained from them to book a room at another nearby hotel (that we paid). This attitude is completely unacceptable. Avoid this hotel at all cost. They are totally untrustworthy.
