They have a free shuttle bus from the airport. Need to WhatsApp the hotel after landing using free airport wifi. But the bus will arrive 20min after calling them. Hotel has washing machines at the lobby area. There is also a 24h convenience stall inside the hotel. A MacDonald is in the building across the street. Di Di ride from hotel to Beijing town is less than RMB100.

Shuttle bus smell like cigarette smoke. Aeroplane takeoff sounds are loud and woke me at night.

Huge room and very large and comfortable bed; lovely bathroom; fast internet; good dining facilities; nice bar; free shuttle to the airport. - and a very competitive price! I've stayed here before - and we would definitely stay here again. It's perfect for an overnight stay before a flight.

The receptionists we dealt with had very limited English. However, with modern apps this is no longer a problem: one of the receptionists said something into her 'phone that was then instantly translated into perfect English - and I was able to answer in English which was then translated into Mandarin: the wonders of modern technology!

The bathroom is nice and spacious the shower pressure is great. It was awesome when using meituan to order in a robot would deliver it to your room that was a new experience.There is Mc Donald's across the road and other noodles restaurants in walkable distance as well The unmanned self service dairy down stairs was a new experience and easy to use .The staff were great. They even have fluffy robes 15mins from Beijing capital airport and free airport shuttles are great

The staff at the reception were rather grumpy (which is understandable after a long day at work). However, when I asked about booking a massage I was told to call tomorrow (but I would've wanted it booked in advance as last minute bookings might not be available) The receptionist seemed bothered by my questions. He also said there is no breakfast. When I said I will pay (which was my intention anyway), he said there is breakfast. The hotel lost money in this case as I did not use any of the additional services。There was a very strong cigarette smell in the bathroom and the toilet was continuously running.

Massive rooms for the price so no issues with space. Clean, very friendly staff, and easy process to check in + beautiful entranceway which has a restaurant/pub area and a shop. Wifi is good but google, whatsapp etc wont work because it's china. You can use Bing.com if you need to search for anything. Good sized toilet and bed was comfortable and I even got a beautiful gift sitting on the bed. There is a Mcdonald's across the road (which is half the price of what you pay in the UK's appalling prices) and local market/ shops within half a mile. I stayed twice as I had long transit of like 18hrs going to and from Japan but what do you do at airport for that length of time. Although it takes an appalling 2 or 3hours to get through immigration, I still believe it was worth it. I went to the very helpful info desk at the trains which can phone the hotel for you and then pick you up in the Ramada bus just outside bus gate 5 of Terminal 3. Hotel for me was excellent.

I liked the Check in Process, It was so Smooth everything was kept ready when we arrived. And the Staff was very good they tried to extended the service demanded by Guests. The Lobby Cafe had a good Menu which suited us.. The AirPort Shuttle also on time and the Room is spacious.

The Convinient Store located inside is not easily accessable to the overseas guests , As it opens only on QR code , and accepts only the QR Payments again.. Please look for some viable options for guests to have access easily

Super comfy bed and loved that there was a gym and free airport shuttle service! I stayed here for my layover, and it was really convenient. The whole process getting to the hotel was fairly smooth despite not having a sim card. There is a self-service convenient store to get small snacks or food (as I arrived late at night and all the restaurants were closed) but you can only use Wechat Pay and a Chinese phone number to access it, neither of which I had, but I'm sure you can ask the front staff for help if you need it. The staff members were all super kind and patient and spoke at least basic English!

It was a bit hard to set up the airport bus since it wasn't connected with the airport's official transit, but I just asked for help from an airport staff member, and he kindly called the hotel.

The room is big with luxurious vibe, especially the restroom and hallway. The staff was super nice, they gave me an offer of free breakfast due to some misunderstanding about their chatter bus pickup at the airport. The front desk staff was very helpful in helping me find a suitable place to visit during my short layover. The restaurant was nice with diverse food; quality was fine.

I would like to be more prepared about the bus pickup at the airport. It’s not automatically available unless you book it in advance. The bus terminal is not easy to understand as well. Maybe some map provided is better. More tourism information flyers and the likes could be more helpful.

I can’t say enough about the staff. They were absolutely perfect, I can actually tell you there is been five star hotels that I stay at that can’t compare to the personalized care you get at this hotel they don’t even compare this hotel. The staff will go above and beyond to make you happy. I celebrated Chinese New Year’s with them and they made me feel like I was part of their family. I would go back to this hotel over and over anytime I stay in China or Beijing I recommend this tall hotel highly the staff is perfect. I cannot tell you one thing bad I can tell you every request that I needed. They found a way to make it happen. They even went out of their own apps to purchase something for me just to help me get through the day.

There’s nothing bad about this property, the only thing I can tell you is when they say it alley it’s actually in an Alley. So you get experience of what it’s like being in the alley. Here within walking distance of everything Tiananmen square, the bund, and the metro is right around the corner. You couldn’t ask for a better location. So through the rooms being cleaned every day and nicely put together the staff that went on their way to make my stay perfect and the location being right near everything I can’t complain.

Used this hotel twice on the way from and to the airport making use of the hotel courtesy bus. Large rooms and comfortable beds. Good showers and linen. Laundry facilities and easy to order in food delivery.

It was not a problem for us or others in our party because we were very tired but the hotel is in a direct flight path to the nearby airport. The airplanes come in very very low but probably* stop during the night. *I was sound asleep early evening to mid morning. The hotel provides ear plugs. Excellent staff.
