They have a free shuttle bus from the airport. Need to WhatsApp the hotel after landing using free airport wifi. But the bus will arrive 20min after calling them. Hotel has washing machines at the lobby area. There is also a 24h convenience stall inside the hotel. A MacDonald is in the building across the street. Di Di ride from hotel to Beijing town is less than RMB100.

Shuttle bus smell like cigarette smoke. Aeroplane takeoff sounds are loud and woke me at night.

The handwritten note in English and souvenir were very thoughtful. I appreciate the clean towels :).

The staff at the reception were rather grumpy (which is understandable after a long day at work). However, when I asked about booking a massage I was told to call tomorrow (but I would've wanted it booked in advance as last minute bookings might not be available) The receptionist seemed bothered by my questions. He also said there is no breakfast. When I said I will pay (which was my intention anyway), he said there is breakfast. The hotel lost money in this case as I did not use any of the additional services。There was a very strong cigarette smell in the bathroom and the toilet was continuously running.

Massive rooms for the price so no issues with space. Clean, very friendly staff, and easy process to check in + beautiful entranceway which has a restaurant/pub area and a shop. Wifi is good but google, whatsapp etc wont work because it's china. You can use Bing.com if you need to search for anything. Good sized toilet and bed was comfortable and I even got a beautiful gift sitting on the bed. There is a Mcdonald's across the road (which is half the price of what you pay in the UK's appalling prices) and local market/ shops within half a mile. I stayed twice as I had long transit of like 18hrs going to and from Japan but what do you do at airport for that length of time. Although it takes an appalling 2 or 3hours to get through immigration, I still believe it was worth it. I went to the very helpful info desk at the trains which can phone the hotel for you and then pick you up in the Ramada bus just outside bus gate 5 of Terminal 3. Hotel for me was excellent.

Super comfy bed and loved that there was a gym and free airport shuttle service! I stayed here for my layover, and it was really convenient. The whole process getting to the hotel was fairly smooth despite not having a sim card. There is a self-service convenient store to get small snacks or food (as I arrived late at night and all the restaurants were closed) but you can only use Wechat Pay and a Chinese phone number to access it, neither of which I had, but I'm sure you can ask the front staff for help if you need it. The staff members were all super kind and patient and spoke at least basic English!

It was a bit hard to set up the airport bus since it wasn't connected with the airport's official transit, but I just asked for help from an airport staff member, and he kindly called the hotel.

The room is big with luxurious vibe, especially the restroom and hallway. The staff was super nice, they gave me an offer of free breakfast due to some misunderstanding about their chatter bus pickup at the airport. The front desk staff was very helpful in helping me find a suitable place to visit during my short layover. The restaurant was nice with diverse food; quality was fine.

I would like to be more prepared about the bus pickup at the airport. It’s not automatically available unless you book it in advance. The bus terminal is not easy to understand as well. Maybe some map provided is better. More tourism information flyers and the likes could be more helpful.

I can’t say enough about the staff. They were absolutely perfect, I can actually tell you there is been five star hotels that I stay at that can’t compare to the personalized care you get at this hotel they don’t even compare this hotel. The staff will go above and beyond to make you happy. I celebrated Chinese New Year’s with them and they made me feel like I was part of their family. I would go back to this hotel over and over anytime I stay in China or Beijing I recommend this tall hotel highly the staff is perfect. I cannot tell you one thing bad I can tell you every request that I needed. They found a way to make it happen. They even went out of their own apps to purchase something for me just to help me get through the day.

There’s nothing bad about this property, the only thing I can tell you is when they say it alley it’s actually in an Alley. So you get experience of what it’s like being in the alley. Here within walking distance of everything Tiananmen square, the bund, and the metro is right around the corner. You couldn’t ask for a better location. So through the rooms being cleaned every day and nicely put together the staff that went on their way to make my stay perfect and the location being right near everything I can’t complain.

It was convenient for a short sleep since we arrived early morning at 05.30. Pick up was provided but they would need to fix it a bit since it took them 25 min to pick us up. I would like to say thank the person who is using the messages in the app and replied to me all the time related to the pick up. Thank you for the support provided. It’s not your fault the organization of the pick up is not done correctly.

Staff very poor English. Cannot really communicate about basic things No atm in the hotel. Drop off to the airport hourly. If you miss one bus you need to wait for a whole hour. Sorry guys this is not right. Check in quite bothering and only one person doing that at 7 o clock in the morning where 4 different rooms were waiting in line to get checked in’s People take a room from a long flight don’t make them more tired than they are.

It was clean, luxurious, with loads of useful amenities, lights were really well setup, well designed. They had a useful alarm clock which was also a Bluetooth speaker, and had 2 usb chargers. Beds are really nice and soft, down pillows (can’t comment if they were real but they felt amazing) Massive lovely shower.

There is noise from planes which is mentioned by other reviews. It didn’t bother us, but earplugs are left on the bedside table. There is no bathtub but it didn’t bother us either. Depends which terminal you’re using, it can be a 15/20 minute drive from the terminal. The shuttle service wasn’t there when arranged prior so we had to take a DiDi. That was the only problem we experienced.

The hotel itself seemed quite far away even though there was an airport shuttle. However, that was not really an issue for us. The shuttle bus is a bit difficult to find and reach at the airport, however, the porter who was pushing me on the wheelchair was patient enough to help us locate it. The room was large and spacious! My. mom and I loved the space and wished we could have stayed there longer.

The front desk staff, upon checking in, was not so approachable. They did not seem personable, even when I greeted them or tried to make them laugh with a joke. It could have been me....however, Im generally very personable and energetic.

Great hotel, great price, location was amazing for an overlay stay in Beijing! Professional, helpful and friendly staff! The room was enormous, the biggest bed I have ever seen :) bathroom very comfortable with towels, robes, toiletries etc provided. Air conditioning working really well. Everything was nice and clean. We also got very cute panda toy as a welcome gift which was a sweet gesture! Hotel has own restaurant and great cooks. Breakfast selection was amazing and delicious, all you could imagine- they had it! From local cuisine to European dishes :) It was a lovely stay :)
