Pros: - Breakfast: Absolute highlight of this trip. An array of high quality options from Chinese to Western. Chefs and staff very accommodating and friendly! - Room: One of the best rooms I've ever stayed in - the size, cleanliness, layout and room service were top notch - Location: Whilst slightly away from the main attractions, the hotel is nicely situated near Sanlitun and only a 10 min walk from a well connected metro line

WiFi - connection often dropped out, particularly outside of rooms in the lobby area Concierge - lack of travel guides and guidance from the team Location - will need to walk for 10 minutes to the station if you don't opt for taking taxis + not near any major attractions

Stayed for 5 nights. A hotel that made us feel like home. High ceiling lobby with their signature scent. Room is spacious and clean although furnitures are a bit old, overall comfortable. There’s a pillow menu by the bedside you get to choose one that’s suitable for you at no cost. Credit goes to there. Housekeeping staff are polite and very dedicated to their job. Special thanks to the managers (王经理、马经理、早餐店经理）. They were very professional and attentive at handling all sorts of problems we had during our stay. We feel like being treated with the upmost respect! Thanks for the great hospitality and made us feel so welcomed! We will definitely be happy to stay again if we ever visit or recommend to others.

One of the female staff at the reception. No smile on her face and didn’t even bother to say “Thank you”. If breakfast were included for free it’s even better. We had to pay extras for 6 days for everyone of us.

I loved my room, it was so beautiful, clean and comfortable. The decor was nice and the view was breathtaking. The receptionist Carina was very friendly and helpful. The concierge was really helpful too, they gave me a private driver called Mr. Lee who was so polite, friendly, funny and sooo helpful who took my family to the Great Wall of china. He speaks very good English too. The breakfast was something else! So delicious and all that you can think of it’s Available…. The lady who served me coffee was so polite and friendly. The buffet breakfast was amazing.

The currency machine at the lobby is expensive. It takes about 10 minutes walk to get convenient shops like 7/11 or kfc.

The kids loved the pool, even though many adults gave them dirty looks. The lady who cleaned our room was very friendly even tho we couldn't communicate properly due to language barrier. The location of the hotel is not too bad. Close to small supermarkets, grocery stores, 7/11, KFC, and local restaurants. There are two train/subway stations within walking distance..

It seemed like the people who stay there don't really like having kids around. I think the hotel is more for people who are there for business, not so much for family. Also, the staff do speak little English, but sometimes things get misunderstood, specifically over the phone service requests, which could get messed up big time.

It is clear that the hotel management while trying to keep the hotel profitable they also pay attention to many details to keep guests satisfied enough to not to go anywhere else next time. The gentleman(sadly forgot his name)at the concierge was speaking very well English, extremely helpful and nice. Best staff I have ever seen between more than 600 hotels.

More international food options at hotel restaurants could be better

Good hotel with a solid standard. English speaking staff. Big room. Nice bath tub. They provide all sort of amenities, free fresh fruit, cookies etc on arrival. Cosy bed. Breakfast had pork bacon which was nice.

Breakfast was not meeting expectations fully. Too much focused on the Chinese taste. The western dishes were uninspired and lacked quality- in particular the bread, the cheese. There was no fresh western style pancake station. Fried eggs sunny side up were all well done and not liquid.

I requested for a 2x double bedded room because our adult daughter is travelling with us. The room given to us is very spacious and comfy. although there's some wear and tear but overall is great!

Lighting could be brighter, especially the vanity area.

Room was very big, very modern. Bathroom has both bathtub and shower. The room had nice views of the city. Breakfast was great and very diverse. Overall, a very nice experience

Exchange machine in the lobby is very expensive. The hotel is far from all main sights. Walk to the metro station is about 10 min.

Especially the bed and breakfast were amazing. The room was spacious and the nightview from the room was magical. I wasn't able to use the gym this time but I will try next time. I'd love to stay in this hotel again definately.

Very clean, bed and towels/ linens comfy. Nice welcome plates. Safe. The humidifier/ diffuser was a god send.

Slight further from central area, need to travel using ride hailing app -Didi. Would have been great if there was a bidet in the toilet.
