The hotel's location is near the CEIC (Chaoyang Area) and so was beneficial for me. The hotel has all the necessary amenities. The room was clean and the amenities in the room were apt. The breakfast was sumptuous - local fare primarily - and provided a wide choice. The concierge Team was awesome and very friendly.

I had an issue with communicating due to my language - Apple Translate utility helped a lot, but couldn't help in phone conversations with room service and housekeeping. The room service food was bland for my taste. The hotel had a foreign exchange conversion ATM - would accept only demonination of 100; not the best rate and a RMB 30 charge for every transaction.

We had a great stay at this hotel in Beijing. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our visit. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and located on the 17th floor, offering an amazing view of the city skyline. The hotel provides everything a traveler might need, making it a very convenient and pleasant place to stay.

The only downside was the breakfast experience. We only had it once, and since we arrived later, many dishes were already gone. It would be nice if they offered a wider variety of continental options and ensured food was replenished more consistently.

The room was superb. You have all the things that you need. Location was easy to find also, but a little bit far from tourist attractions. Place is good for business gatherings. Clean was also a thing you will really love. They kept the rooms and other facilities clean and tidy all the time.

Staff that could not speak English is a sad thing. I expected that everyone can talk in English since it is recommended for foreign tourist. Also, you can improve the food choices. Maybe add more mixed cuisine, not all Chinese food :)

Very nice hotel, very affordable, and with big rooms, and nice bathroom. Swimming pool a bit worn but for a traing it was ok, Perfect breakfast, all kind of food. Nice and helpful personel.

The two different lifts system - one for the hotel and one for the convention center, once you inderstand it is not a problem but at first it is a bit akward.

The staffs are very helpful and hospitality. They even helped me cut a big watermelon into several slices and put them into two plates. Highly recommend to all guest to Beijing. They are also very budget friendly compared to other hotels. I would come again in the future if I travel here.

We booked this hotel last minute, but it was a huge surprise! With our price, we expected a hotel at a lower level. The lobby is elegantly decorated, and our room has a nice city view. The breakfast had an enormous variety and was served in the beautiful lobby. Best of all, if you take a taxi to the capital airport, you cannot find better access to the airport expressway from the city center than this hotel. I've been rarely surprised by the value of money of hotels. This place is one of them.

The reception desk is on the first floor. It can be challenging to find, but once you get used to it, it's not a big deal anymore. The receptionists are very friendly and professional. We've really enjoyed our stay here.

Room was exceptional and very spacious. Great location, very central in the city . Rooms was very clean and well maintained during our stay. All the facilities in the hotel were of a very high standard.

The only issue i had was the swimming pool needs a bit of an upgrade. Found it a bit dark and gloomy.

Our room was so nice, clean and so comfortable and charming. The staff were lovely as well - always being acomodating. Although the location wasn’t perfect, the hotel was near a metro, so getting around was easy. Overall an amazing time here!!

Rooms are nice and big, very comfortable, well equipped and VERY clean 🙂 Staff is very friendly and helpful. Hotel is situated close to the metro station (Sanyuan Qiao - exit D - you are welcome 🙂 We recommend.

Good location, convenient. The room is very good, beds are really comfortable. The air conditioner is a little bit noisy but works well. The staff is very helpful and some of them speak English very well.

The gym is well equipped but dirty and very hot. The devices were full of sweat and there was no alcohol or paper towels for cleaning. There was also no mineral water or towels.
