Very nice property close to many coffe shops, restaurants and walking areas. The rooms are big and very clean, the staff polite and helpful. The bed is super comfortable and I really liked the layout of the room. There is a lovely tea garden in the courtyard where you can sit, relax and sip tea. The breakfast has a good mix of Chinese options (noodles, dumplings etc), fresh pastries and continental food for all likings. Recommended if you are staying in Beijing.
The tea garden is closing very early, it would be nice to be able to use the area in the evening, after a long day spent outside. Also language sometimes a bit of a challenge, I was surprised considering it’s the Four Seasons but I used a translator app when needed.

We were there for 4 night in mid-April, absolutely loved our say. Would go as far as saying this is one of the best hotels we've stayed in. It's located ideally, with the river and pier near by, beautiful to walk around. The staff were amazing. Concierge, front office and porters were so helpful with our queries about Beijing (our first visit) and requests. There were no delays, always well attended and we loved the interactions, so easy to speak to. The house keeping was wonderful, they did an immaculate job every time. Especiall thanks to Bing Bing, who was so attentive. We loved coming back to our room each day after exploring. The room we stayed in was very spacious and comfortable. It had a large double bed but we also got an extra bed for our son. They even provided a kids robe for our son and his own toiletries. We have to commend the lighting and air conditioning, they were spot on. The lighting was perfect and had ample controls to suit the need, and the aircon was just right, it's something we find most hotels struggle with. We also had a great view. The bathroom was spacious and immaculate. Very clean all around. Having a child on tow, we really enjoyed spending time at the indoor pool. It was warm and large enough not to bump in to other swimmers. The view from the pool overlooking the main road and building was beautiful. We also enjoyed jumping in to the spa which had jets on timer making it even better. We also enjoyed the treats from the downstairs cafe/dessert shop. Thank you to the hotel and staff for making out stay relaxing and enjoyable. We'd love to come back again.
Nothing, it really was the perfect stay. The room, the facilities, the staff and the location was of a very high standard.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at the Four Seasons Beijing in a Premier King room with a view of the skyline. Our room, situated on the 12th floor, was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by the elegant design, spacious layout, and impeccable cleanliness. The large windows allowed us to take in breathtaking views, especially during the evening when the city lights illuminated the skyline, creating a truly mesmerising sight. We thoroughly enjoyed playing chill music from the speakers while relaxing in the bath. Our check-in and check-out experience was handled by Yvette, who demonstrated the utmost professionalism and warmth. She made us feel welcome from the very start and provided valuable recommendations, one of which was to upgrade to the Executive Club Lounge option. This turned out to be one of the highlights of our stay. The Executive Club Lounge, located on the 26th floor, offered an experience of sheer luxury and comfort. In the morning, we indulged in a lavish buffet breakfast with a wide variety of options, all while enjoying panoramic views of the city and water. The quality of the food was exceptional, with fresh ingredients and a diverse selection catering to all tastes. The afternoon tea was a delightful experience, with an assortment of delectable bites that perfectly complemented the serene atmosphere. In the evening, the lounge transformed into a sophisticated space where we could unwind with complimentary evening cocktails, making it the perfect way to end our days. Throughout the whole experience, Angela and Trina provided us with more than royal service. Kent from the Opus Lounge took the time to chat with us and gave us useful tips about the Great Wall of China and the Forbidden City. Beyond the lounge, the hotel’s facilities were top-notch. We had the opportunity to explore the serene pool area and were equally impressed by the state-of-the-art bubble bath.
The exterior of the building may appear somewhat outdated, but do not judge a book by its cover. The interior, facilities and service were exceptional!

This hotel truly exemplifies five-star quality, in terms of facilities and services. Given the price I've paid, it is absolutely worth it. The bed is exceptionally comfortable, and the spacious bathroom is well-equipped with everything one might need. The atmosphere is wonderfully quiet. I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to Ms. Melody C for her thoughtful arrangements for my birthday visit and for providing useful information about the dining options available within the hotel.
The air conditioning in the room isn't particularly strong. Fortunately, since it's still winter, I didn't find it necessary to lower the temperature.

This is one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had in a very long time and the Four Seasons staff have made it absolutely wonderful! The attention to detail from check-in to the room being cleaned across the day to staff remembering our preferences at breakfast and dinner made our stay extremely pleasant and it felt like we had a personalised service. The hotel was clean and I felt comfortable walking bare foot in my room and in the pool area! We will definitely come back here and will specifically opt for the Four Seasons whenever we travel! Absolutely stellar job!

I had a wonderful experience at the Four Seasons. Ting went above and beyond—even while on holiday—ensuring I got the room I needed, staying in touch through email, and reserving two rooms for me to choose from. Shelly was incredibly kind, showing me around and even helping with my trolley. The concierge (whose name I unfortunately forgot) and the entire hotel team were extremely helpful, and the room service was absolutely fabulous. Truly top-tier service all around

This hotel is so well-managed, it feels right from the entrance that the personnel IS the team. the way they smoothly operate with the luggage, at the reception, near the lifts, at the restaurants, in the swimming and spa area. Literally everyone from the staff could show you the way to find something, assist you. The hotel operates easily and smoothly, and this is probably WHY i love coming back here. There are hotels that are more centrally located, with better swimming pools or bigger lobby, etc, but this one is a winner, because of the attitude, and attention to details that matter! rooms are very spacious, bathrooms are very big and have daylight due to the big window, tea and coffee facilities (Nespresso). I had a neck problem, so I was offered alternative pillows to choose from, even the traditional Chinese buckwheat pillow, which is great. the breakfast is served in a very stylish hall and offers a fantastic selection of Asian and western delights. SPA and Swimming area is worth visiting Definitely recommend this hotel to stay, you will be well looked after!

The rooms were fabulous and very clean. Facilities in the rooms were superb - water temp/pressure for showers, tea/coffee, free bottled water etc The bed was exceptionally comfortable. The restaurant onsite was excellent. It specialised in western/Italian food and everything we ordered over the three days was delicious. The soft drinks are served with a lemon lollipop in the glass which looks and tastes great. The staff were vert polite and helped organise taxis and translate for me. The hotel was decorated for Christmas and smelled like cinnamon (which I love)

I've stayed at this hotel many times over the last year and it far exceeds the quality of any of the other hotels in the area. All of the facilities are excellent however the thing that sets this hotel apart is the exceptional service and incredibly friendly and accomodating staff. I spent a lot of time doing work and relaxing in the 26th floor executive lounge and the service is exemplary. I want to extent a special thanks to Daniel, Lisa, Jade, Lucky, Celia and Angela. They were incredibly friendly and helpful and I highly recommend the executive rooms to any who plans to stay there. The executive floor manager, Rebecca Wang, provides the best service I have ever seen in this type of hotel and I will continue to stay at the 4S in Beijing because due to the wonderful staff it feels more like a home away from home than a hotel.

We had just spent travelling three weeks in Japan, moving every couple of days, and wanted a few days relax before heading to Mongolia. Our whole stay was excellent, the level of service standout - a number of times staff and management of the hotel went out of their way to help us or our kids - shout outs to Lily, Mason and Henry.
Nothing.
