I like their service and the staffs are helpful especially the lady. She upgraded our rooms to the ones with windows. She guided me how to use the didi for e hailing. She informed us where to do our laundry and provided us with the detergent. She allowed us to store our baggage for 2 days there for free. The hotel itself is very close to the mrt station, there are convenient store and restaurants around. The room is spotless and they changed the towels every day. For the bedsheets, they'll change on request.

They only provide one door card and it is inconvenient as when my husband need it to access the laundry room, I have to stay in the darkness as the card being removed.

Breakfast is simple and nice like what we have in the UK, both continental and cooked, with a few extra choices of Chinese food. Room was clean. Price is very reasonable. Requested to be near the lift when booking and they offered us a huge room next to the lift! Advanced technolody, i.e. Chinese version of Alexa in the room and auto heated toilet seat. Air conditioning is easy to set in the room. Many international travellers. Will choose to stay again next time.

bed is harder than what we are used to so I requested extra duvet. Hotel staff was quick to help and I had a good night sleep. Car park is full of cars and only one way. Taxi drivers handled it well though.

However, taxis are so incredibly cheap and readily available that I found myself using them more often – it’s fast, comfortable, and surprisingly affordable. The rooms are spacious, beautifully maintained, and incredibly clean. The level of hygiene throughout the hotel is top-notch, making it one of the cleanest places I’ve stayed in. The bed was comfortable, and the room was quiet – perfect for a good night’s sleep after a long day of sightseeing. Breakfast? A solid 10 out of 10! A rich selection of both local and international options, all fresh and delicious. Whether you’re in the mood for something light or a hearty morning meal, you’ll find everything you need to start your day off right. Overall, I couldn’t be more satisfied with my stay. This hotel truly offers a five-star experience in every sense of the word. Highly recommended – I would definitely come back again!

I stayed at Beijing Saga Hotel for four nights and found it to be a comfortable and convenient base for exploring the city. The location is excellent—just a very short walk from the line 10 train station, although as others have mentioned, you do need to walk through the car park of another hotel to get to the saga hotel. The room was a good size, clean, and serviced daily. The bed was firmish, which I personally like, and toiletries and bottled water were provided. One feature was the free laundry facilities on level 3, including a small drying cupboard—super handy for longer stays. Breakfast was primarily Asian-style, with two cereals, toast, and yoghurt also available. It’s worth noting that breakfast finishes at 9 a.m., so plan accordingly. The hotel was generally quiet, though I could hear people in the hallway at times. There was also a lingering smell of cigarette smoke in the corridor. Overall, a good value and well-located hotel with some thoughtful amenities. I’d consider staying again.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. It is conveniently located near the metro station (Tuanjiehu Station, Line 10), which connects to the express train serving both Daxing International Airport and Beijing Capital Airport. The hotel is also close to the Sanlitun area, where you can shop and enjoy a wide variety of food options. I stayed there during Christmas and New Year, and for the price I paid, it was truly worth it. The only slight downside is the lack of a proper closet; they only provide hooks for hanging clothes. However, this was not a big issue since it's a temporary stay. If you're planning a trip to Beijing, I highly recommend staying here. While the staff may not speak much English, using a translation app makes communication easy. Don't hesitate to book this hotel!

It’s a nice basic hotel in the center of Beijing right next to the underground station. We found it easily. Our room was spacious and clean, bed clothes and towels looked new. There was only one chair, but the second was provided as soon as we asked. Not all staff can speak English but they use a translator app and are quite friendly.

We couldn’t hear people next door but we could always hear what was happening in the hall. Almost every night I was woken up by a door being slammed shut. Breakfast was very Chinese, but there were some things I could eat.

Great location right on a MRT stop. Is located behind another business so super cute. We had a massive family room. Room service staff were amazing. Hotel reception staff weren’t great. Breakfast included. Was ok. I skipped as not worth getting up early for. There is an amazingly tasting restaurant right near the MRT on the top floor. So so tasty. Would definitely stay here again.

Our room had a smell coming from the drains. Had to keep the windows open as overpowering.

Everything is superb! Very foreigner-friendly, don’t speak english but will be patient with you to use a translation app. Room very big, very very clean and with good accessories like toothbrush, paste and all Staff is kind and breakfast is good Access is very easy and well located The bed was a bit hard but nothing horrible and the sheets/pillows were superb

Bed a bit hard, shower can take 3-4minutes to get hot water. Small details tbh

The staff were professional. The rooms were clean, the shower was clean and spacious. The walk to the metro station was very short.

Some may be disturbed by the shower arrangement; only the area from the chest to the knees is blurred by the glass. If you sit or lie on the shower floor, your roommate can see everything! The reception desk had a strange notice saying something along the lines of "please leave your suitcase unlocked so that we can search it" (but this may have been a legal requirement beyond the control of the hotel).
