The hotel is well mentained, but a bit old and you can see this. Wifi is pretty fasy, staff is friendly and helpful but hardly anybody speaks english (but this is normal, almost nobody speaks english in China) and the beds are awesome (this is the most important thing in my opinion).

Minibar prices are the biggest I have seen and over that they add an “minibar surcharge”. What is this? Just put the final price of the item. Restaurant are expensive and not that good (even the Chinese one is pretty bad)

The rooms were very roomy and the beds were exceptionally comfortable. They perhaps have my favorite bathroom out of all hotel rooms. We also really enjoyed the food. The staff were so friendly and assisted us with anything that we needed.

One of our rooms even though non-smoking did have a cigarette smoke smell when we first went in. The smell did dissipate as we stayed for 5 days.

The hotel is new , rooms are big and have really good quality

It was really difficult to communicate with the staff of the hotel , because the level of there language was absolutely poor.we had to use app to translate, because nobody could understand , what I tried to tell them .the process of check in took me about one hour

Beautiful hotel. Very friendly staff. Gorgeous breakfast. Pool with hot tub, great for relaxing after long day. Three restaurants proving good variety of choice for lunch and dinner.

More remote from cultural attractions than we expected

This is the second time this year that we have stayed at the Conrad in the Chaoyang district. It is an excellent hotel. Starting with the first-class pick-up service at the airport (right when you get off the plane). After a long flight, the Conrad Chaoyang offers us the opportunity to relax in the Executive Lounge: Enjoy afternoon tea, happy hour and breakfast in a relaxed and exclusive atmosphere.

the breakfast is standard, as nothing extraordinary, but the staff at the restaurant is very warm and friendly. we were about to go out walk to 7-11 when it starts to rain and the concierge offer us 2 umbrellas, very good service.

Good location, nice and clean room.

The night curtains pass through light too easily, so that 5am in the summer is quite bright in the room, which tends to wake up people, if one wants to sleep more.

I love the beef noodles served at breakfast at the 29th floor lounge. It was delicious. Also, I like your swimming pool at basement 2.

The shower room flooded after a few minutes of running the shower.

Great location - walking distance to CBD and sanlutun.

The toilet flushing isn’t working the best. Normally you need to flush a couple of times to make sure.

Top Notch Hotel. Amazing room, amazing position, amazing breakfast, amazing service, amazing staff (Vincent, the director of rooms was very very helpful). Highly recommended hotel in Beijing !
