The property is in a great location, in the city and very close to a subway station. There are lots of bars, restaurants and there is a mall not too far away . The staff are super helpful, with a 24 hour reception desk. The room was clean and comfortable and the bed was comfy after a long day traveling. I enjoyed the stay.

The shower is very old and possibly needs an upgrade, but no big deal.

Location absolutely great as is easy to go anywhere, the room is comfortable & service was quite friendly n helpful.

Just the connection between booking.com & the hotel communication wasn't so friendly cause I personally need to check with both side of changes n payment wise...

I received a very warm welcome, because a guy who worked for the hotel organised a friendly event to welcome the foreigners. We played games and spent a beautiful evening. As for the view from my studio, it was amazing! Everything was modern and clean.

When they advertise the internet connection as fast, maybe they refer to Chinese standards, because it was quite slow (and I am not talking about using VPN which was worse because it was so slow that it wouldn't work at all). I tried 2 different connections and the staff did their best to help me, but the result was not good. Thankfully I had my own internet.

Great location, friendly staff, and the free laundry room made our stay a great experience. Our flight arrived at 4:30 AM local time, and we reached the apartment around 6 AM. We were too tired and had too long to wait until the standard check-in time of 3 PM, despite the nice guest common area with free coffee, tea, soft drinks, a toilet, and a shower. I requested an early check-in, and the staff kindly found us an available room, allowing us to check in at 7.30AM for an additional half-day rent. The standard room cleaning service is provided every three days, but since our stay was 4 days, I asked the reception if we could have cleaning after 2 days. They kindly arranged it, which was helpful. The reception staff also offered to receive parcels on our behalf, which we appreciated. This building has a few apartments, and the receptionist (whom I imagine looks after all the apartments in the building) on the ground floor has always been very friendly, greeting us whenever we come and go. He also offered to help with our luggage at departure. All in all, staying at this apartment has been a great experience. I would highly recommend it.

The bed is comfy but a little small. I wish they had a TV in the room.

The hotel is very clean, facilities are very good, staff are very friendly, location is very good, metro is just next to the hotel, the washing machine is free to be used, this is very handy given my stay was 2 weeks. The breakfast is very good, not as many varieties as 5 star hotels, but very tasty.

The air conditioning is controlled centralised, regardless the low temperature i set, it is still very warm, but it's ok as i opened the window and so the temperature is rather comfortable.

We were so lucky! Our room was upgraded to a suit so my comment here is for the suit. The receptionists are very helpful. The room is huge and clean. There is a clean bathtub. This is our second time staying at Stey. Last time the bed was not very comfortable but the suit has a much better bed. There are two washing machines and two dryers free to use at fifth floor which is wonderful for those who wants to stay longer. The location of this place is very good too. Sanlitun (famous shopping area) is just in ten minutes walking distance. There are lots of embassies nearby so it's very convenient for those who needs to run errands at the embassy. By the way, the subway station is super close (five minutes walking distance) too!

The air conditioning is not working well. It was a bit warm. Last time we faced the same issue too. This time we have downloaded the Stey app to adjust the temperature but it's still the same. Luckily it's autumn now so it is not a big deal. I am just wondering how warm it could be in the summer.

Really loved our stay at Stey Sanlitun! Great location, nice building and common spaces, and comfortable + clean room. The staff was super friendly and helpful and put us in contact with a driver to go to the Great Wall. Breakfast was great, a shared amenity with the Hyatt hotel in the same building.

The gym isn't in the same building, but they have a partnership with a gym ~1 km away that you can visit for free. I didn't end up using it since I was short on time – so it might actually mean you get more complete facilities than a typical hotel would provide! But less convenient than I expected

The hotel is super close to the subway station and Sanlitun (a shopping place and embassy area) so it is a perfect choice for those who like shopping or need to run errand in embassy. There are two good washing machines and dryers and laundry is free! The room is clean and modern. The towel and slippers are good. There is kitchen and lounge which provide free coffee, tea, soda and water! The staffs are competent.

The bed is not super comfortable. It is like a sofa bed. For me it is still okay for just one night. Maybe it is not okay if I stay longer. Also, the air-conditioner is a bit weird. Seems like it is central air-conditioning so I can't adjust the temperature. We were there in the early of April. The room is a bit too warm.

The staff all spoke English and couldn’t have been more helpful, which was very nice. Location was a block from the subway which made moving about that much easier. Two blocks in the opposite direction and you’ll find all the shopping and eateries you’ll need. The hotel itself is on the third floor of a large high rise. If IKEA is your store, this is your hotel! It also has a safe in the room which I really liked.

Great location. Very close to metro station, 1 exit is just hidden behind the building another 1 across the street. Very close to sanlitun bar street. Very nice and modern design of the rooms. Room was spacious. Staffs were helpful.

500 yuan security deposit, you get it back though, its good amount so dont forget it even if you are in a hurry. So can not be in a hurry during checkout. They have a small sign of the hotel in a very big hotel building, dont miss it.
