It is a wonderful and good staying experiences to stay in Beijing Hilton and all services provded by the hotel is first class with professional services. All hotel staff are very polite and supportive during which i lost my mobile phone and sunglass and hotel front office safely kept my property until i made enquiries with them. Excellent service 👍 Especially i have to highlight the Manager Suson, Marina Ma , FO Lisa and belt Dart. House keeping staff is always poilte and smile with us and provided a cleaning environment for my staying.

The hotel room is spacious and quiet. The location is pretty close to where we'd go for the proximity of two subway stations. The price beats all other 4-star hotels in the area. The room ambience makes people relax.

The breakfast is outdated and monotonous. The toilet has odd smell and the restroom is not quite clean.

Everything is well nothing to add, just I want to thanks to (Ella Nan, Ice Zhang) from reception they’re doing well and make my staying comfortable. Also I would like to thank miss Sarah Zhao and Tony Guo, when I face problems with bad taxi driver they stand with me until they return my money back

Although possibly one of the oldest hotels in this part of Beijing, the Hilton continues its excellent record of service. All the staff are super helpful, and the rooms, recently renovated, are tasteful and very comfortable. Not as big a room as one might get at some newer places nearby, but perfectly usable. The view from the high floors facing the CBD arer amazing!

We had a small issue with our room upon arrival. Quincy the manager poke with us and immediately solved the problem which ma us very happy and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the staff.

There was nothing we didn't like. The staff was responsive, very clean room and overall the vibe of the hotel was upbeat

The hotel is located next to the embassy area in Beijing, which was why we chose the place. It was about 30 min drive from the airport as well as from the South Station. The check in was quick and painless. We were checked in a few hours before the official time, and we were provided with a late check out, no questions asked. Our room was clean, spacious and had a nice view. We had executive lounge access, and I would get that again as dinner is included. The lounge itself is really nice and quiet - a great place to work or relax. It had two workstations (PCs) and a printer, and there was a meeting room on the second floor, all free to use. The staff was very friendly and helpful - thank you all for a great stay. In short: if you can afford it, it's worth every penny (We got it for 1.1k a night, including breakfast).

The bathtub in the room was a little tight and the door was a bit hard to push open. I think the biggest issue was that the sound from the next room was a little too easy to hear. During check in the receptionist claimed that our booking must have been for a different Hilton in Beijing (it wasn't) because the number looked strange to her.

Staff needs training in evaluating visas for foreign guests. It took almost half an hour to check-in. The old carpet smell in our room was not pleasant. The first time I tried to check in, the reception sent me to the old tower, which had rooms with outdated designs, a dingy/musty carpet smell, and a view of the very close wall of the next building, even though the room was advertised with city view. But the receptionist changed my room upon request without any trouble.

The rooms were big and modern, actually really nice. Breakfast was also amazing. The employees were really nice trying to find us a taxi every time we needed to go out.

The staff didn't speak English, only a few of them at the front desk, but not even all of them at the reception. At breakfast it was hard trying to ask something cause they didn't speak English.

The hotel is a fair distance from the airport (1 hour), but it's in a lovely area. We were only here for one night but we were very pleased. The rooms are spacious and clean with stunning views of the business district as well.

Nothing major - the breakfast selection was just ok, no eggs which was disappointing.

A very clean and well-kept hotel, close to Solana and shopping. Reception staff spoke good English. Room was a good size, very comfortable with good facilities. Excellent breakfast with great choice of Westen and Chinese foods to choose from.

Room was very warm, and thermostat did not work so was not able to change temperature to make it more comfortable.
