Good location for those who wants to visit 通州 and theme park Universal Studio. They have free shuttle bus to and back from the park. But need to pre book and follow their times. The room is reasonably spacious and with good view. We love the room and facilities available. Staff are friendly and they answer calls from room. Hotel is fairly new and with good facilities. They have indoor gym and swimming pool.

When we want to go back from Universal Studio, the shuttle van were different from what we were told in the morning. We were told the same van would came and fetch us but we waited and waited but cannot find it. It was winter night with about -7°C windy night, we were walking in the open area seeking for our shuttle van and asking around for our hotel van. Ultimately after half and hour, we found a van with different number plate, not stating our hotel name, apparently it's our hotel shuttle van to go back. Not a crazily big problem but not something that we enjoy.

The property was in an excellent, non-central Beijing location with nice parks and shops nearby (we were visiting relatives who live in Tongzhou so was perfect for what we wanted in terms of location). The breakfast was excellent, varied and plentiful. The staff were friendly and accommodating.

As English travellers it would have been nice to have a bar in the hotel to have a drink in the evening, however, I understand this is unusual in Chinese hotels so it’s not a complaint.

It was disappointed to be informed by the Hotel (via email) that shuttle bus transportation is unavaible while the booking platform stated differently. It is difficult to imagine that shuttle bus service is absent (unavailable) under HILTON HOTEL :(

They went out of their way to assist us. Language can sometimes be a problem but they always find someone that can speak English to help out. The rooms are clean and spacious. They have a shuttle to and from Universal studios. Very friendly staff and many options for dining. The hotel is next to shopping malls and many fast food places. The bathroom is very spacious and clean and the beds are soft with many pillow options to choose from

It was difficult to find the shuttle bus at Universal after a long day. Language can sometimes be a problem but they try. Room service is great but very costly

Location good for universal as was the purpose of our trip.

Bar area not serving drinks as bar tender was off duty - closed early. we were able to bring drinks into the seating area though so all in all not a negative.

The facilities were nice and clean

A staff member singled me out and asked that I prove I was eligible to be in the executive lounge. She ran away quickly when I showed her my ID and room key. I suspect it is because I looked young.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Spacious and comfortable rooms.

Rooms were a little bit too warm and they were building right next to the hotel

Very big room with nice view. Location far from center but it’s pretty good with a mall right next to the hotel and some local restaurants nearby.
