the location was good if planning to go universal studio. The hotel staff are friendly. The room are clean

surrounding doesn’t not have convenient store or restaurant. most of the time food delivery is required. But there’s a McDonald’s beside. it was closed during my whole staycation

The location is perfect for visitors to go to Universal Studio. The breakfast is decent but perhaps needs more Western food choices to be more accommodating.

Great staff who use language apps to communicate very close to universal £1.50 only for taxi . Don’t forget your passport to enter Universal Studios

Location to Universal Studio Beijing

Lack of tap and flush water and poor frontdesk staff manner. One day in advance of check-in the water pipe to the hotel burst. Still, the hotel made no attempt to alert the customers about the potential impact. Frontdesk claimed they held no responsibility and refused to make any compensation. There was no water at all to shower nor flush toilets. Stay away from this hotel at all cost.

Why are you still not paying me back after charging me twice? I'm angry that they lied about deposit.
