Special shout to both Alice & Eric (both were at the concierge counter at the same time) helping me to connect to the tour agent (damm unhelpful) to assist me in arranging the pickup to Wulong Karst. Both went extra miles, assisting me to re-activate my WeChat account. Unfortunately, it was not successful. Is their attitude, 2 thumbs up.

Friendly housekeeping staff. Comfortable enough. Food delivery quite easy to get as there is a takeaway lock box outside the hotel (a lifesaver).

We were there just to work remotely the last week before our Christmas holiday. I have to say I was a bit disappointed by the wifi speed since we were there to work. Due to COVID restrictions the breakfast buffet changed to a set meal that was delivered to our hotel room. The set meal (although we got to choose one of three options) was disappointing because we paid extra for breakfast. The heating was broken but to be fair they warned us in advance and brought us a space heater. Overall, it was fine for a few days but too expensive per night for the quality of room, wifi, and breakfast we received.

Great location, easy access to all the restaurants and shopping areas. Room is big and comfortable, friendly staffs. Totally worth the money.
