From Check in to check out all services rendered and all staff were very nice and competent. Giving their best. Facilities were impeccably clean and convenient The staf in the Lounge was extraordinary. Miss Lulu, Miss Nicole and Miss Tracy should be rewarded for their outstanding customer services. Some of hte staff should receive more English training to even improve their performance.
The food selection and variety in the lounge cold be better and more variable. Only Moscato as sparkling does not work for people who like to drink Brut or dry sparkling wine.

Location is very good, near tourist attractions like Jiefangbei, hongyadong etc and there are many eateries nearby. Room is clean and spacious but I find the pillows abit flat, not very comfortable. Jack from the concierge is very helpful, he helped us to book our tour to Wulong Karst Geological Park and get the tickets for Chongqing 1949 performances. Not many staff could speak English so maybe a problem for non-English speaking guests.

Big room as usual in China, interiors are okay-ish, not too old but not the newest, good shower !
Was having a drink in the lobby bar, but I could clearly see mosquitos flying around and got bitten a few places on my legs while wearing shorts, I think the hotel need to pay more attentions on that.

Great location and friendly staff! Especially Jack was very helpfull. Breakfast was also nice, great variety of food. The rooms are big and comfy bed.
One morning there was construction going on our floor, they could have warned us about this.

The location is very good, very near to jiefangbei, hongyadong and all. The room is spacious. The staff is very helpful and the house keeping is very good.
