Location was ideal. Two exits to access tourist attraction sites: Level 1 to access Hongyadong after 10-15min walk or to call for didi/personal taxi. Level 22 to access KuiXingLou and LinJiangMen station. Very convenient for travelling. View by JiaLingRiver was very pretty. We upgraded our suite during checkin to enjoy the scenery. The room was also bigger and more spacious. Worth it! Facilities were very accessible. Laundry provided. Snacks and water were available for free by the checkin counter. Services and room cleaning were commendable.

Location is great and has a good night view of the city! It’s even at the Tok Tok spot at level 22. There’s food just downstairs and spa to choose from. Price might be higher than non city but still very affordable.

The location is often very crowded and you need to be careful when returning after 6pm. The road might be blocked and you can only walk back to your hotel with the crowd. It would take 30minutes if there’s crowd.

The free laundry room was very convenient for us as we were traveling to other cities in China after Chongqing, the room was spacious and clean, location is near Hongyadong and the bed and pillow were comfortable as well. Very satisfied with our stay in Atour S Hotel.

There were a bit of water leakage after showering, the shower walls need some repairing.

I love the modern style of the hotel and the staff were quick to help and assist our request. The location is excellent to get around to the tourist hotspot areas.

Payment. Unfortunately they could only accept digital payment whereas i had changed cash. Im not too sure how digitalised the entire industry is but the hotel should inform beforehand as some of us is travelling to the country for the first time.

Good location, few mins walk to the famous Hongyadong. Hotel building is linked to Kui Xin Lou, just take the lift to 22nd floor. And it's very convenient to walk to the subway. Hotel staffs very friendly & helpful.

Facilities are good, services definitely 100%, and free laundry. Room is clean too.

The only small down part is the location, it is right behind KuiSingLou so alot of tourists using the same lifts

Hotel is located within walking distance to Hongyadong and other tourist spots, service staffs were helpful and my friends were very happy with our choice.
