The hotel is smack-dab in the middle of Chongqing. Lots of stores, food alleys, restaurants all around. All very walkable, once you get used to the verticality of the city. Nice room, including washer and dryer and a small kitchen. Very convenient. Staff were eager to help out with any questions. When asking for advice regarding tourism/stores/restaurants you'll get different suggestions from different team members, which was interesting. English was mostly okay. Pool and gym were very small, but considering the location of the hotel, that's understandable. In-house catering (lounge and room-service) was prohibitively expensive, when compared to restaurants only a few meters away. Then again, it's nice to have the option. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Chongqing.

I got caught off guard by the price of coffee in the lounge. The lobby staff seemed lightly overwhelmed each day around noon, when it was all hands on deck to check people in and out. This was in early August though, which is peak season in China. The elevators had a little tv that played the same commercial ad for Marriott Bonvoy every ride, every time, every day. It had the most annoying "generic inspiring music" jingle and stupid American English voice-over spouting soulless corpo bull. Just mix it up now and again, I beg of you. Anything else would do.

I got a free upgrade by Booking.com from a studio to one bedroom apartment. It was really wonderful with such a beautiful and cozy unit. Enjoyed the one night stay. The staff were very helpful when we needed help with using the washer and dryer. The location is very convenient, just few min walk to Jiefangbei Pedestrian Street.

Nothing which I don’t like. However, will be good if the building entrance can have more obvious signage to guide the guests, it will be easier for the vehicles as well. Though staff at ground floor were very nice at all times.

Property was well-appointed, and being assigned the corner unit provided us with privacy. The rooms were well furnished and beds were comfortable. Breakfast was OK (not a luxurious spread) but the service staff were professional. We managed to do some cooking in the apartment hotel with their induction stove and utensils. Appreciated that the hotel had provided a carton of bottled water for us. The washer and dryer worked well and this was really a plus for us that in the hot summer, we were able to do our laundry daily and within the apartment. Detergent for clothing was provided. But the lint trap needed to be cleared. The proximity to Jiefangbei Pedestrian Street and to Shibaiti and Mountain City Walk (山城步道）. Getting to Hongya Cave was also easy via didi as it was close by. There was also a supermarket at B1 of the adjacent office block.

Provide dishwashing liquid for the kitchen utensils. Clear the lint trap of the dryer more often. :)

Our apartment was spacious, bright, tastefully decorated and full of mod cons. There were dining table with 6 chairs, sofa, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, iron, ironing board, microwave, stove, hood...the works. Service was good and friendly. Reception was not on the ground floor, but the staff on the ground floor are well trained. They always get to the lifts before us, and make sure the doors are opened for us. Reception staff were professional. A staff member showed up when I called to say that I couldn't figure out the dryer controls. Location was excellent. Walking distance to Jiefangbei Pedestrian Street. Breakfast was quite good. Lots of variety from local food to bread and fruits.

The location is amazing. Right in the heart of full on Cyberpunk Chongqing walking distance from all the big attractions. The room was well equipped, water pressure good (not a given since we were on the top floor) and the shower was nice and warm. Room was cleaned very well in the morning.

So the bathroom is well equipped... BUT even though compartments for the loo and shower/bath are separated, they are only separated by a glass door. The bathroom has a huge window which gives out onto the bedroom. In other words, from the bed one can see everything from shower to loo. There is a little curtain but that's VERY see through. I love my wife but I do not need to be able to see her work through last night's hot pot and then take a shower while reeling from that experience. A bit more bathroom privacy would be a great bonus. Our room got very warm. There is AC which is able to cool down the room at night but in the afternoon it couldn't keep up with the lashing sun.

We had the 2 bedrooms apartment for 5 nights. Everything in the apartment was awesome. Almost wrap around floor to ceiling windows throughout. The apartment was well maintained. All the facilities in the apartment were of high quality, including the dish washer and lighting. Top notch cleanliness level and housekeeping staff. The apartment comes with parking facility. The apartment is large and spacious, including an office desk space. The location is central to all touristy things.

The reception staff spoke very little English and probably a little less tourist oriented on things to do or help with booking. Highly polished tile floors mean slippery surface, and this is especially worse in the kitchen area. Mattress is on the firmer side.

Central location, very spacious suite with washer and dryer and a fully appointed kitchen. Excellent breakfast to start your daily adventures. Professional and courteous staff all through the hotel. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Chongqing

Taxis don’t want to pick you up from the front entrance due to the perpetual lineup of cars trying to get into the underground parking in the adjacent building. Only an issue if you have lots of luggage

The location was great and the overall stay was fantastic. The staffs were very helpful especially at the restaurant but variety of food could have been changed more often.

Unfortunately, the wifi provided does allow for international social media usage and we had to rely on our roaming data to access emails and text messaging. Hope you are able to improve on this.

The property was fantastic we were in a 2 bedroom apartment which was huge the staff were really friendly and helpful despite the language barrier they made us feel welcome. We would go definitely go back as it’s in the centre of everything we needed.

There was no downside, it was our first visit to the city and if we returned we would stay here again.

The location was excellent, near everything. Super clean, modern, and larger room than expected. In fact the website pictures do not do it justice. Its much better looking than depicted. For a studio its perfect for up to 2 people. The bathroom is HUGE, floor to ceiling marble, and it has a full size tub and nice rain type shower that also has a hand shower. The kitchen includes a dishwasher and opposite that is a washer and dryer built into the wall.

Hardly any staff speak English, so its a bit of a challenge but luckily I used a translator on my phone.
