Clean, great customer service and complete facilities of apartment hotel. Opposite to park with ski. Got many tv channel with english.

The concierge was not helpful. I had asked him to call me when my food order arrived so I can come pick it up and he didn’t . The delivery man took back my dinner order. The Assistant manager provided me a noodle soup until the order arrived again.

The linen, and pillows need to be washed regularly. They have a worn smell. I asked for the pillows to be exchanged because they had a bad smell and was provided worse o es that smelled like a smokers pillow. I booked an apartment so I had a washer/dryer so I had to wash the four pillows, the pillow cases and the duvet. There was foul order coming from the drain in the bathroom and kitchen sink. I tried to burn incense and the Assistant manager Ms. Xiao came in a very condescending attitude to demand to check my room. I then proceeded to show her the pictures of the linen, pillows, and duvet I had washed. Also, I had to place plastic bags over the drains in the shower and in the kitchen due to the bad odor. She then apologized and offered a noodle soup. The lobby on the floor was not vacuumed and remained dirty during the more than a week I stayed there. Since I booked a no -refundable room I was not able to go to another hotel.

The location was excellent for a short stay in the downtown of Dalian. The reception area was a comfortable place to wait and chill out.

The room facilities were very dated. Air conditioning system poor and obviously a smokers room. It was a suite in need of a bit of refurbishment. No cubicle for shower so it's like a wet room..Breakfast included was a basic set of choices though the staff there very pleasant.

It is more quiet and nice..

The workers in the hotel seems want to be a racist in when they see foreigner. And the hotel workers are not friendly that is bad for the business. I have traveled to many countries. Only in China country that I see hotel workers always try to be a racist to customer... that is what I feel about the hotel workers. Anything else about the rooms about the hotel it is 100% good.

Breakfast. There wern’t enough tables. Chinese strangers sat on the same table due to that. When A table was finished. Waiter clean table and threwed rest on the Floor without cleaning the Floor. Nobody could speak english. Very bad wifi. If you won’t to work there it is impossible due to that.
