Everything was great. One of the best rooms in any hotels I have ever been, beautiful design and view. Location is excellent in the center of the city and close to important touristic places. Breakfast was very diverse and tasty.

The central lobby had seats only for those who wanted to order a drink not others!

The staff were super kind, I had some issues with my credit card but everything worked out in the end! It was super clean, the breakfast was great and because I was traveling alone some of the staff went out with me that night and I had a really great time in the hotel. Would definitely go again. Anytime!

Excellent service. They were very accommodation when we had an issue with other guests smoking in the hallway on the non-smoking floor.

Other guests were smoking on non-smoking floor. And the smell was really strong.

Room was very nice with an excellent bathroom, shower and bath. The staff were professional and have a hotel WeChat so you can connect with them and they provide useful info. Location was very good, price was reasonable. I left very early and they do provide a simple take away breakfast at any time that is a great touch but ask for it!

Lighting in room was a bit low and don't use the expensive water provided. There is free water so use them.

Great location with a big free park nearby. Close to shopping mall and popular street food. Really helpful stuff. Very big thanks to Shining. She helped me with all the requirements and even helped to upgrade my room due to the booked one has a little bit issue.

The room was spacious and gave me a nice view outside. The location was central and very convenient. The breakfast I'd say was decent enough.

To my knowledge there wasn't anything there that I didn't like as it provided me with a comfortable and clean stay for the time that I was there

Breakfast was great. 25 meters swimming pool every morning was perfect, with steam bath and hot 41°C jacuzzi after pool.

Sauna was not hot enough - 60 C° or so.

Lovely large room, great location for city centre shopping malls, German bar and restaurant in the basement

Buffet breakfast was a let down, plates empty of food for ages, too crowded.

Great room with excellent facilities. There was a bath and shower, desk for working and quite spacious.

24h room service actually closes at 10 pm.
