I stayed in the apartment side. It was a big flat with a kitchen and 2 bedrooms. I think for families or for the big group of tourists it will be a convenient place to stay. there are kitchenware, oven and stowe. for shopping, there is a convenient store in the ground floor. staff is friendly and English speaking.

the entrance for the apartments is the other way around, however it is closed. you need to use the main entrance. this issue should be notified in advanced or the address must be given on the site accordingly. otherwise, taxi drivers will drop you by the closed door.

It had everything we needed. Big living room, kitchen had microwave and stovetop and a few dishes, strong AC in each room, bathroom with washing machine, and two bedrooms. All for a decent price compared to other “suites” in the area.

It’s dated, the overall building is just older. If they updated decor and touched-up, it would go a long way. The hallway really smelt so bad, but that smell didn’t go into the rooms thankfully.

Big and clean apartment with comfortable bed, outstanding service and access to large pool, top gym and spa. The furniture was somewhat bland, but functional. The apartments are housed in a five star complex that is coming of age. COVID scars are still visible, most shops of the shopping arcade are still closed.

Did not use breakfast facility.

Washing powder for the washing machine not available in the room. First use offer could have been free of cost.

but not breakfast buffet due to chinese new year, 5 stars hotel? i come in 2010 last time, in the apartment looks like the same. 13 years after!!!

Great location

As soon as we walked into the building, we smell cigarettes. It’s everywhere, in the hallway, in the elevator, in your room, all apartment rooms are smoking rooms, window are locked down so no fresh air. I called in advance to secure a non smoking room, the answer was vague and I was under the impression that I was getting a non smoking room. We switched to a different room on the 3rd day, a little better but I still got sore throat just by sitting on the sofa. Remember to “water” the gutters in your restroom and kitchen, as they will stink very badly when they dry up. Utensils and dishes are washed but dirty. On the last day, we had a little visitor around 2am, it walked by my head, I think it’s a rat, as I had my kids with me, I barely slept that night in fear that it or they may hurt the kids. I told the front desk when I checked out the next morning, they weren’t even surprised lol. They said sorry and had me on my way. For 900rmb / night, this is ridiculous. If you have to stay here, steer clear of the apartment. At least go for the hotel, doesn’t worth your dime.
