The location is great, the room service staff are nice.

I booked 2 rooms with breakfast (one room has 1 person, and the other room has 2). But when we went to the restaurant they said only 1 person per room is included in breakfast. I never have encountered this before:/ I mean there were 2 people in this room, why one is included in breakfast and the other is not? Very strange.

It is very warm hearted when we saw the room was well decorated when we arrived at the hotel past midnight. Staff were very sweet and offered birthday cake on my actual day as well. Kudos to the service and thoughtfulness! The hotel rooms is clean and comfortable although it is abit dated. The location is centralized and easy to access to nearby attraction. Staffs were friendly and helpful generally.

The light on the small mirror in toilet is not working. Bathtub water stopper is not tight and cause it to leak water. Breakfast variety is good but lack quality. Hotel provides wide range of Chinese tea leaves for guest but unfortunately, there wasn’t any tea pot or tea filter given. When my hubby asked the service staff, he was told to use another cup and fork to filter out the tea leaves instead.

I like China very much, and I think this hotel is also very luxurious and extremely enjoyable. The luxury hotel located in the center of the city provides five-star high-quality service, and every detail has been carefully designed to bring comfort and luxury experience to the guests. The service staff is warm and thoughtful, whether it is restaurants, gyms or swimming pools.Or longing makes people feel very satisfied. It is worth mentioning that the hotel also provides free high-speed WiFi, which is convenient for guests to contact the outside world at any time.

My stay at the hotel was absolutely wonderful! From the moment I arrived, the staff welcomed me with kindness and professionalism, making me feel comfortable and at home. The room was clean and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities, and the services provided were top-notch—from fast room service to excellent facilities like the pool, gym, and delicious restaurants. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing, making my stay an unforgettable experience. I will definitely come back again!

As a solo traveler, this hotel is perfect as it is walking distance from many convenient shops and is in a beautiful part of town. I enjoyed my stay as the rooms were clean and the staff were great. I cannot recall his name but the concierge (who lived in UK) was extremely helpful and a pleasure to talk with.

More information about the Canton Fair would have been helpful as that is why I was in China.

The staff very kindly upgraded me to the Executive Lounge floor, meaning I got free drinks in the evening and free meals. This was a lovely surprise as Booking.com had already upgraded me to the high floor king room. Room was large and clean with incredible views of the city and Guangdong. Breakfast very good with large selection. A few local stores and cafes nearby to browse in the evenings.

Smoking smell in the non-smoking room. Not heavy but noticeable. This was the only fault I could find with the hotel.

I like everything staff were doing anything u need it even some of those weren’t speaking English but they were trying to, the location was amazing, I would love to thank “Reymond”how staying at front desk he is helpful man

I loved the city view from the room and the bath tub with the Tv. The bed was really comfortable too. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options. As foreigners, we really liked the western style cold cuts, bread, full English breakfast, cheese, pickled veggies, etc. Our room was nice and comfortable too. We got cookies when checking in and they were still hot😄😊

There were no shampoo, bath gel and conditioner available by the bath tub, only in the shower and they were fixed there. I don't know how I was supposed to use them this way. Should I climb out of the bathtub soaking of water to collect some shampoo from the shower in the middle of my bath session? Hahah😄 not a big deal but would have been better to have some available by the bath tub as well.

The room is quite spacious with a comfortable bed. I also liked the view from the window. The breakfast buffet offered a diverse array of fresh and delicious choices. The staff's dedication to customer service was evident throughout my stay. And location … It made it incredibly convenient for exploring the city.
