The location is great, the room service staff are nice.

I booked 2 rooms with breakfast (one room has 1 person, and the other room has 2). But when we went to the restaurant they said only 1 person per room is included in breakfast. I never have encountered this before:/ I mean there were 2 people in this room, why one is included in breakfast and the other is not? Very strange.

The buffet has a wide range of dishes. No dim sum provided though which is strange since Guangzhou is known for its dim sum. Location is ok. There is a good Chinese restaurant upstairs on first floor of Yuexiu City Plaza, opposite the hotel. The executive lounge was above average with tea time (2-4pm) and happy hour (6-8pm) meals and drinks.

Not walkable to Beijing road. Not near any metro station. On the last night of stay, my son and I got bitten by insects or bed bugs. But we were ok the previous days.

It is very warm hearted when we saw the room was well decorated when we arrived at the hotel past midnight. Staff were very sweet and offered birthday cake on my actual day as well. Kudos to the service and thoughtfulness! The hotel rooms is clean and comfortable although it is abit dated. The location is centralized and easy to access to nearby attraction. Staffs were friendly and helpful generally.

The light on the small mirror in toilet is not working. Bathtub water stopper is not tight and cause it to leak water. Breakfast variety is good but lack quality. Hotel provides wide range of Chinese tea leaves for guest but unfortunately, there wasn’t any tea pot or tea filter given. When my hubby asked the service staff, he was told to use another cup and fork to filter out the tea leaves instead.

Mr. Fooyu Zhang, the concierge, was exceptionally helpful. I needed to book a train to Hong Kong, but due to the holiday, all direct trains were fully booked. I turned to Mr. Zhang for assistance, and he quickly found an available alternative route from Guangzhou to Shenzhen. With less than an hour to get to the station, he immediately stepped outside to hail a taxi for me. Knowing it was rush hour, he went all the way to the roadside to ensure I could get one in time. His genuine concern and quick action truly reflect his dedication to guest service.

I like China very much, and I think this hotel is also very luxurious and extremely enjoyable. The luxury hotel located in the center of the city provides five-star high-quality service, and every detail has been carefully designed to bring comfort and luxury experience to the guests. The service staff is warm and thoughtful, whether it is restaurants, gyms or swimming pools.Or longing makes people feel very satisfied. It is worth mentioning that the hotel also provides free high-speed WiFi, which is convenient for guests to contact the outside world at any time.

Everyone in the concierge team were fantastic. Helpful and friendly- Perry and his team are a great testament to the hotel who were efficient and professional from the moment we arrived until we left. They are knowledgeable and could answer any questions we asked them.

The pillows could have been firmer but a call to the careline solved the problem when they came with additional pillows

My stay at the hotel was absolutely wonderful! From the moment I arrived, the staff welcomed me with kindness and professionalism, making me feel comfortable and at home. The room was clean and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities, and the services provided were top-notch—from fast room service to excellent facilities like the pool, gym, and delicious restaurants. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing, making my stay an unforgettable experience. I will definitely come back again!

Had a local friend coming to visit at night . The moment I got to the room a call rang and urged me to register the guest’s info. It made me wonder whether I had been monitored by the surveillance cameras in the hotel. Drinks from the bar is too expensive for this place.

A hotel with wonderful lighting ambience and very friendly staff. Beds and rooms are great too. Concierge staff are friendly and know a good level of English too!

The breakfast buffet’s halal options only included vegetarian options (eggs, rice and chickpeas/Vege samosas). Staff don’t really have a clue on what halal is and how to explain to Muslim customers what options are Muslim friendly. Some of the reception staff also struggle with speaking and understanding English.

As a solo traveler, this hotel is perfect as it is walking distance from many convenient shops and is in a beautiful part of town. I enjoyed my stay as the rooms were clean and the staff were great. I cannot recall his name but the concierge (who lived in UK) was extremely helpful and a pleasure to talk with.

More information about the Canton Fair would have been helpful as that is why I was in China.
