The location is very nice with the Yuexiu Park very close. The staff is awesome, very helpful, super friendly and kind. The food was fresh, tasty and diverse for different tastes. The room was clean, comfortable and it was quiet and nice to relax. There were 3 washing machines and a coffee machine at the reception for all-day-self-service. The restaurant room was modern and comfy with some couches and a lot of space.

A mini fridge in the room would have been nice and more shopping options in the environment of the hotel, but the hotel is top. I would definitely book again.

The hotel is strategically located about not far from eateries. Yue Xiu Park main entrance is about 8-10 mins walking distance, and the infamous Beijing Road / Pedestrian Street is about 10 mins by car, 30 - 40 mins by walking. The hotel looks new, room is clean and would recommend on getting a room with window (ours had one). The room is exactly as shown in the photos. Friendly staff at the counter who would act (immediately) on our service request (attending to our faulty toilet and acceding to our request for a slightly late check out time), and also to the cleaning staff who did a great job in supplying prompt room service and replenishment of water and toiletries etc. Breakfast serves mixture of western and chinese food, and a noodle bar. Not too much of choices but it is more than enough for a good breakfast. Staff at the restaurant is equally friendly. Overall, this is a hotel value for money.

Nothing that we dislike, but like other comments, a small fridge would be good, and maybe a scent dispenser (since may felt a little room may be bit moldy at first, but the smell disappeared after some ventilation through the window and air-conditioning.

We enjoyed a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean, and the breakfast buffet offered an excellent variety of quality options. While our street-facing window meant some occasional noise from the busy road, this was only a minor drawback. The location, though not central, was conveniently situated for our needs. Overall, it provided great value for a comfortable two-night stay.

We found that the reception's staff professionalism and attitude could be slightly improved.

The staff were very efficient and went beyond, particularly with the front desk male staff whom I’ve forgotten his name. We arrived from the airport to the hotel on Wednesday 08/05 approx 2:00am. He was so helpful and allowed the checked in procedures much easier so that we can go straight to our room. He even came up on the wheelchair (he has an injury on his leg)to open the door for my room as the key card is not working. We have the breakfast in the morning and the staff were so nice and friendly. We definitely had a good stayed in this hotel.

The hotel is located in a Muslim friendly part of Guangzhou. There are halal restaurants literally connected to the building and the English of the staff is great. The hotel is comfortable and is exactly what you would expect within the price range.

The hotel did smell a little of cigerattes, however in there defence I didn't request a non-smoke room or floor. That is the only thing I can really think of.

Friendly staff, staff at front desk can speak little english but happy to use translation functions if needed. Breakfast was good, changing options every day and had a lot of fresh produce. Shared washing machine and dryer was great! Really helped during the hot weather.

Stale smell coming from air conditioning vents.

The staff either spoke English or used a handheld translator, so communication was easy. They were friendly and helpful. The room was nice and clean and with the window closed it was fairly quiet even though the area is quite busy. Breakfast was very nice! The hotel is 5 min walk from the beautiful Yuexiu Park which is well worth a visit.

The entire stay from check-in to check-out was seamless and wonderful. Excellent helpful staff, Excellent breakfast. Neat clean modern rooms. Excellent location and Hotel. Well done. We hope you maintain your standards into the future as well.

Too god damn far to the subway. Ok if you 打車 all the time.
