The entire hotel was spotless, from the lobby to the guest rooms. It made me feel comfortable and well cared for throughout my stay. Kadri Ozgor and Patrick were very attentive and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. They anticipated our needs, offered helpful local recommendations, and responded promptly to any requests we had. Their genuine warmth and professionalism made a significant difference in our experience, creating a welcoming atmosphere that truly felt like a home away from home.

The room was spacious, elegantly decorated, and furnished with all the modern conveniences I required. However, the bed was far too soft and uncomfortable for my liking.

The bed was incredibly comfortable, and we appreciated the quiet, peaceful environment after long days out. A major highlight of our stay was the food—the breakfast buffet was diverse, fresh, and delicious, and we were so happy to find that the hotel offers halal food options. As Muslim travelers, this thoughtful inclusion made a big difference, and the staff were very accommodating to our dietary needs. We especially want to thank Mr. Kadaree, the duty manager, for his outstanding service and professionalism. He was kind, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. His warm attitude and genuine care really stood out and made our stay even more special. The hotel is also in a great location, close to shopping centers, tourist spots, and public transport. Whether you’re here for business or leisure, it’s a convenient and luxurious choice. Hotel was very nice and reception were very efficient and polite. However the Chinese restaurant was terrible, food was mediocre, waiting staff were hopeless, clearly never had any training, the robot that fetched the food from the kitchen was the only thing that worked correctly. The breakfast was expensive (I’ve had better and cheaper in a London hotel) as soon as we found a clean table and sat down the waiter announced that the restaurant would be closing in 10 minutes so hurry up and get your food, however many of the items were empty/unavailable even the omelette chef told us to select what we wanted in our omelette but half the bowls were empty. Shame because it is a nice hotel which is let down by poor restaurant management. To be fair I would go back again but wouldn’t use the restaurants.

Cleanliness at first wasn't satisfactory but when we complained, they attended to our room. We changed the first room because of cigarette smell in the room. The 2nd room also cigarette smell first day. I don't know whether it's the one who clean the room or previous user, the smell was too much. Bathroom floor was not pleasing because it was sticky near the toiket sit showing signs of not being properly cleaned. Location of hotel is good but was not impressed with level of cleanliness. Have stayed here before but this time I was not impressed.

Spacious room, very comfy bed, pillow and comforter. AC was also excellent. Huge bathroom. Very good and spacious shower cubicle with high pressure water. Superb location reachable distance to most places. The concierge got me my train ticket to Hng Kong. They charged 50 cny service charge but that saved me a lot of time and money. The breakfast range of food was HUGE.

Wifi was not good. Whatsapp didnt work. Looks like it was blocked. but in the fair hall and other restaurants, whatsapp was working. That was the only issue in the hotel.

I like the fact that the rooms are spacious and the bathroom is big and well furnished. the stuff is friendly and the location of the hotel is very convenient. I could easily catch a taxi from the hotel which was really great. thumb up to the concierge stuff, very helpful.

the cleaning stuff focuses more on the bed but does not vacuum the carpet. I checked in in a room with a dirty carpet which was really disturbing. the language barrier is also an issue, especially when I needed something specific. the food in the hotel is also an issue for foreigners who do not enjoy the local cuisine.

Very good breakfast, quite ok wifi as far as Chinese standard is concerned, good swimming pool (although 22:30 closing time is quite ridiculous for swimming pool and sauna). Clean rooms. Almost perfect stay.

Cannot go to breakfast with your slippers for some ridiculously unknown reason that baffles even the hotel staff, but they insist on it nevertheless. Pool and sauna closing time. Lack of proper club infrastructure in Skyline 63 bar, with a DJ and music playing (no wonder why no one goes there). Hotel is in the muslim community so when you go for a walk be prepared for that - difficult to find any alcohol or normal (non-halal) food, it's super dirty too and there ain't much to do around.

My room was very comfortable. Bed and pillows were lovely. I enjoyed the extra space. Most of the staff are very helpful and friendly. Checking in and out was easy.

Tighter security is needed for the buses to and from the Canton Fair. I sat next to a man who was staying in the hotel but did not attend the Fair - he got a ride on the bus. On the 29th of April, a man got a lift on the bus travelling from the Fair to the hotel and the driver dropped him in another location than the hotel. This should not be allowed, if spaces cannot be booked on the buses. The people attending the Fair should receive preferential treatment because spaces on the buses are limited!!

The food was exceptional at the Krawn Restaurant, the staff was friendly and very polite, the room was clean, the view was amazing too !

They didn’t told us that we have to pay the drinks and the snacks that we found in the room, we thought that it was included in the room but in the checkout we had to pay all what we’ve consumed, we didn’t appreciate that behaviour at all !!
