As a solo traveller to a far, far away land, I was extremely out of my depth and comfort zone. The staff went far beyond the expectations of a mere guest. I lost my phone during my adventures around the city, afterwards, the absolute fear that overwhelmed me is something I can't accurately convey using 'polite' words. The hotel staff did everything in their power to aid me during this crisis, going so far as to help me contact friends within the country. If, like me, you are a liability to yourself and others, and should you ever face an emergency while staying in this hotel, you can rest assured that you would be provided all the assistance you would ever need.

Absolutely nothing. The massive fence outside is inconvenient, but that is about it.

My room was comfortable and clean; the hotel felt safe at all times. Cleaning service was timely every day. Well-equipped overall.

The foyer in my floor could maybe use an upgrade, particularly the lighting; at first it did cause a bit of a negative impression that did not match the positive experience that ensued! One of the receptionists seemed to only speak Cantonese and wasn’t necessarily the most patient around. Still, a good hotel that I would go back to if I visit Guangzhou again. No issues taking foreigners in!!

muslim friendly. big room.enough for solat. have bidet for muslim easier to wash after toilet . facilities like hot water,tooth brush , hair dryer and others are ok big bed. comfy bedsheet and pillow. nothing to complain. nice city view. don't understand why other guest complain.walking distance to baohan street for cheap halal food.
