Spacious and clean rooms with good amenities. The gym and laundry room facilities were fantastic.

Although near enough to 2 metro stations, the walk, especially to Ouzhuang which is an interchange station of 2 lines which is used more often, involves crossing a number of roads and this can be annoying with all the unwieldy motorcyclists cross- crossing you even when it was green light for pedestrians. Guess that’s not hotel’s problem but the culture of the motorcyclists and cyclists in Guangzhou and China which is most annoying.

Hotel lobby is really cute and bright and smells good! Hotel building looks beautiful with lights on at night! Hotel Laundry Room was the best! Hotel breakfast are great too with many choices!

The location of the hotel is off downtown a little bit and in the older area of the city. The hotel is 4 star rank and smoke free, but there were alway had guest smoking in the room and leave their door open. I reported a couple of times to the front desk but with no improve.

Spacious, clean, comfortable and well maintained room with good supply of daily amenities. Though a little bit off the city center but location was OK next to a main road and 5 minutes walk from Taojin Metro. There were good options for food and shops at the MRT area and also nearby the hotel. Next to the hotel was an ATM with Visa service. My stay was a memorable one and an excellent value for money.

Nothing worth mentioning that I did not like about this hotel. Could not comment on breakfast as I was not booked with BF plan.

The staff at one of the restaurants went out of their way to ensure tasty food was prepared for my son who has food allergies. Better than any other hotel during our trip. Generally friendly staff and the yum cha restaurant was good as well. They also provide water bottles in reception in addition to what's in your room which is excellent for travellers unused to the heat!

Location is not the best. A bit away from most tourist sites, and a slightly awkward walk with luggage to the MTR stop down the road.

I recently stayed at this hotel during my visit to the Canton Fair and overall, I had a pleasant experience. The hotel's location is excellent, with easy access to public transportation and nearby attractions. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and most of them were able to speak English, which was a huge plus for me. However, I must say that the hotel was clearly created with the Canton Fair in mind, and as a result, it was quite overpriced during the fair. While I understand that this is to be expected given the circumstances, it was still disappointing to see such high rates. Despite this, I would still recommend this hotel for its great location and excellent staff. If you're visiting Guangzhou for the Canton Fair or other events, this hotel is definitely worth considering.

Spacious room, comfy beds, efficient staff, buffet breakfast with plenty of options. 10 minutes walk to metro.

Requested non-smoking room but our room had faint stale cigarette smell. There were smokers on our floor. Guests smoking at the entrance. Mould in shower & bathtub.

Tv in room need more chanels depend to multination visitors

Clean, tidy, good facilities, great breakfast buffet. Had a great time at the pool in a hot, albeit cloudy/muggy day of Summer.

Had some problems with the wifi and felt a bit of a language barrier when dealing with staff, as I can’t speak Chinese and their level of English was a bit basic. It all came together in the end. Remodelling was happening in some rooms and I could hear some noise during the day but it was alright at night.

Very nice breakfast and very helpful staff.

A little far from metro, and there is no way for crossing the road at traffic light, have to go up to the bridge about more than 50 steps especially with carring luggages. Otherwise, it's okay to stay.

The staff are very friendly and attentive. We encountered them at the concierge, check-in area, restaurant, and through room service. The location and breakfast are excellent. We particularly appreciate the exceptional room service provided by the staff and their team leader.
