Very Helpful Staff: Stayed during the canton fair and the hotel staff were extremely helpful and courteous. They exceeded all my expectations. Location: Perfect location. It is near to all major attractions and just opposite to the Ouzhuang Metro Station. You can get into a metro within 2 minutes. Location is really a plus point. Morning breakfast - I am vegetarian and hotel provided some basic vegetarian options for the morning breakfast. So, it was definitely a very good thing being a vegetarian in China. Hotel and the staff exceeded my expectations in all area and it really find this a value for the money. Highly Recommended !

Honestly speaking this was one of the best hotel I ever stayed in Guangzhou, but I've been traveling to Guangzhou for about 15 years! The hotel exceeded our expectations! Everything was thought out to the smallest detail and comfort. The breakfast was awesome, the location is perfect (the metro line is very close and convenient), the room is big and clean, the inner conner yard with fish is so calming, the staff is so friendly!

The only drawback was the room on the first floor - it was noisy. And the fact that smoking is allowed in the rooms, despite the fact that we booked the non smoking rooms for our stay.

I am Muslim even all Arabs, some of EU guests in the hotel are not satisfied about the breakfast menu all dishes and buffet being related to Chinese desires. the breakfast charge was included in the room fee with no benefit and not getting back for this need.

the Chinse hotels must add in their hospitality caring about Muslim and EU needs also the English speech all staff not speaking English and the city maps not written by English language as common language in the globe.

Great location right by the Ouzhuang metro station which makes it really easy to get around the city. Staff were always available when we needed and very willing to help. With the help of translation apps we usually got to the bottom of what we needed. The room was clean and comfortable with a great shower, good bed and we slept well after a long journey. Good A/C too.

Although we were on a non-smoking floor there were people smoking in the corridors. This didn't seem to come into the room but was a bit unpleasant. The wifi was temperamental so not to be relied on for working. Breakfast was fine but nothing special.

Hotel's location is good. Close to many eateries and cafes. I found a halal place nearby. Good area for walking. Staff was very professional and cooperative though they had language limitations but still they were able to understand basic English. The front office guy gifted me a small rechargeable fan upon check out which was a very kind gesture by the hotel. Free shuttle for Canton fair saved me an extra 200 to 300 RMB

service of the stuff was excellent. They answered our many questions promptly and even helped us to make reservations for our dinners during the stay. The rooms were spacious and clean, taking into a number of details for the comfort of the customer's stay.

There is no variation on breakfast for different days. Hence, making a longer stay not so interesting.

The location is near the metro station where you can go everywhere …the stuff is very gentle polite and try to help all the time ..the main problem that they didn’t speak English and this makes every thing complicated

It’s better for Chinese rather than foreigners from food and stuff point off view

Laundry room was a great bonus and makes life much more convenient. Breakfast was included with our stay and it’s good. Location is very good, lots of restaurants around. Near public transit (metro and bus stations). Rooms are clean. Shower is very comfortable.

Multiple lobby bathrooms were not working hopefully it’s already fixed

Very near to Metro line 5 and line 6 and it's 4 stations away to Beijing road. Very comfortable bed and spacious room. Free water bottle and laundry room for guest to use.

The pillows were too flat. Bathroom tiles a bit old.

The location is nice, right across the metro station. The staff was really nice and helpful. The room was good and comfortable, very well equipped with useful stuff, plug, charging cable etc

We didn’t have breakfast here we just gave a look and it seemed ok but there were some flies around which wasn’t very pleasant to see in that area
