I would highly recommend this hotel. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel room that I booked was upgraded for free, and the room was cleaned by the staff every day. Wi-Fi speed was great (this was very important for me), and I also use the laundry room, which is free for hotel guests. One of the most Impressive features about this hotel was that it provided free breakfast for hotel guests. The breakfast was a Buffet style with many Asian and western food choices. The hotel location also is in the heart of the city. The hotel provided free shuttle bus to and from Canton fair. Great hotel!

The hotel price was increased tremendously during the Canton fair. Otherwise, the hotel has very good value.

As value for money hotel, this is one of the best I ever stayed. Clean and Decent hotel.ocation is also superb as far as middle east travellers especially because lot of eateries nearby.. just 20 minutes walk to all eat outs maximum Youxie district. hotel all are trying to help us especially Sonia the sales managers are always showing a happy face despite her hectic job.

From Airport Taxi drivers are very bad ask us uneathical price. I am sure police may intervene soon. I have seen many passengers complaining same. Especially they try snatch foreigners. Maximum from airport is 120 to 150 RMB. Hotel has to do some thing on this. Reception is not looking so good

There was construction Outside of my hotel room, which can cause noise problem. Even for a light sleeper like me, however, I found the noise not impacting my sleep that much.

Spacious room, free use of washing machines and dryer, flat rate water to drink, coffee and tea amenities, friendly staff, comfy beds and pillows, quite room despite the construction work outside the building, central location, lots of restaurants nearby.

The room is a bit used, some area of the room seems to be half renovated which makes it less presentable.

Place is generally clean, that’s all.

Main lift is always shut down at 12mn to 7am. U have to climb the creepy dark stairs to level 8 to wash clothes at night. Breakfast food is all ice cold except for hot stuffs like porridge etc that is on stove. Staff seems unfriendly most of the time. Rain shower in room is damaged.

Room was good and exceptional they cleaned daily and laundry services was absolutely stunning, Breakfast wide varities and all the staffs were really kind and helpful, sure will come again and recommend to my friends

The location is great. It's close to Martyr's Park and within easy walking distance of Beijing Lu. The nearest metro station is about 10 mins away. There are lots of shops and restaurants in the vicinity. The room was large and comfortable. My view wasn't great (brick wall!), but that's kind of normal for a city-centre hotel. The staff were reasonably friendly. Breakfast was great and is served until 11.30.

The hotel was very nice, the staff there very friendly and understandable. I had to go to another city for one night and the manager made it possible for me to not pay for one night although I had a booking for 4 night continuously. Very clean and the location was perfect.

Actually the hotel met my expectation, there was nothing to complain about.
