It's important to Seth forth, the room and everything in it was very nice. The toiletries given was on point. The efficiency, mobility and concern of the staff was excellent. People say ahhh it's China but I say China totally got it going on. I checked out on the 17th after a three day stay, and noticed I did not have my Samsung Tablet which by the way was two months old, called them and they retrieved it from the room and sent it without any questions asked to my new hotel. For this I say, you guys are the best. I didn't have breakfast, so I can't comment on the same. The only drawback to this hotel is it's surroundings too much construction. No noise but a bit dusty for my taste. Would I return and or recommend this hotel.... absolutely. They fully made up for the issue with the surroundings. Believe me I don't write reviews this long or in depth but for this hotel, service and honesty of their staff they should be commended.

The surroundings too much construction for my likings. I am a true city girl and enjoy exploring the areas around where I am staying.

Very clean, and very spacious

It’s very hard to get out of the area, construction is just everywhere, it’s very noisy out there.

Our 2-bedroom family suite was comfortable and clean. The bathrooms were well designed with a TV and bathtub spa in the master bedroom’s bathroom. Breakfast was great and had a good variety. Food was of a good quality. Location was great as subway was about 450 metres away or just a 7 min walk at most. The hotel is surrounded by restaurants and shops. It’s in a residential area which gives it a nice local vibe. We took a Sunday morning walk in the area and found many locals out and about, which was nice. I would be amiss if I didn’t compliment the hotel staff. The staff went the extra mile to make our stay very pleasant.

Our suite didn’t have a washing machine so it would have been good to have one. I also suggest having the Kempinski Hotel’s location made clear in Google maps as Google maps showed a different location. Luckily the taxi driver brought us to the right place.

The room is a huge studio apartment that is self-sufficient with kitchenette, a living area and a bedroom with sliding doors. Toilet is big and clean. Bed and pillows are very comfy, and they have a very good variety of food for breakfast. From fresh salad to dim sum, to warm cooked Asian fare, bread croissants waffles pancakes, with a counter that serves all kinds of eggs on demand, soup noodles, and a fresh fruits area, one of the best hotel breakfasts around. Gym is well equipped and swimming pool is a good size to swim your laps. Hotel is located in Yuexiu district, close proximity to Baiyun, Liwan and Tianhe districts. Guangzhou dim sum restaurant is within walking distance, around 15 mins walk from hotel.

The hotel is exceptional! The room is clean and well-equipped with facilities. I can enjoy my TV shows in the living room, bedroom, and even while taking a bath. Additionally, the staff are very polite and attentive.

While the hotel breakfast options are not extensive, the food quality is still good. However, the limited selection means I would probably opt for online food delivery next time to have more variety. Overall, the hotel is still a great choice despite the breakfast limitations.

the veriaty is available but not for vegan or Muslims.

I wished there is Muslim veriaty at breakfast as the pan used for egg is one and they put pork in it for some customer. So it will be great if they used two pans one for muslims and Vegian customer and the other for pork eater. As well they should tell us or write what type of oil they use to cook the egg. If these points are cleared that will be perfect.

I came in late in the evening and the man who checked me in was very efficient. Hotel efficient. Six Stars. He gave me a room far from any possible noise from the ongoing construction and still near the lift without being disturbed at any evening. The lady who checked me out, Ms Jesse was super efficient, too. Six Stars. The room was always clean. All facilities worked. The breakfast food was better than expected. I would have wanted more dimsum choices though.

Well, not much really. Never mind that the nearest metro was 750 meters away and close to another top hotel.

Great property. Met our expectations. Breakfast was lavish with good choices unlike our previous experiences in China. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Packed b/f was also possible. Room was great with kitchen. Location was good. 24 hr McDonalds at walking distance. Many other restaurants nearby within walking range.

Location on google maps is incorrect, so had problem to reach hotel from airport. Made a call to hotel and they explained the location to the taxi driver. Keep local hotel business card with you.

Staff were helpful and very warm. It was near Mooncake Festival and they gave us a set of mooncakes, which we thought was a nice touch. The rooms were fantastic as well for the price we paid.

As we were checking in as a big group (a few rooms were booked), the receptionist didn’t brief us on everything (e.g. she missed out updating on the deposit - how much and that it would be returned upon check out - until I asked) as perhaps it was too hectic. Would have been nice if check in didn’t feel rushed but nonetheless, she was still very nice.

The rooms were so spacious and beautiful, cleaning staff were top notch and the breakfast was delicious. The reception staff were also excellent. The only note would be to include plates and cups in the kitchen. And for room service to end later then 8:45pm It’s an international hotel with lots of people coming for business so most people get back to the hotel later than 8 and would still like to have dinner.
