The hotel is always clean and well organized with a bright atmosphere. Both the buffet and the fine dining restaurant were good options for when we wanted to stay inside the hotel and eat. The breakfast buffet was spacious and had lots of food variety for us to choose from, and every morning they would swap out certain dishes for new ones so we could try different options.

The air conditioning in the rooms could have been a bit stronger during our stay. The hotel's location may also not be as convenient (depending on your point of view and preferences) since it is a bit further away to get to the more busy city areas, major tourist attractions and shopping centers. Neither of these were too big of a bother for our family, but these are points worth noting if relevant to your needs.

On outskirts of city (it's huge) near Tiahn district but easy to get around on metro or the very cheap taxis. Beautiful hotel, room was outstanding with views to the city. Lovely swimming pool and had a buffet meal in the restaurant including wine and beer for. Staff all lovely. English is not widely spoken but if you learn some basic Cantonese they appreciate it and Google translate works a treat. Loved the city and the old and new, food is delicious. Hotel has lovely local shops, malls and plentiful restaurants and places to eat local food. We loved our stay.

Mr James at the front office was polite educated me where I did not understand. He was dedicate smiling even when I stress him for me to understand what is telling me about my fees . He took time to explain my family member say he was pleasant and one young guy like that he brought my load up and my key Couldn't and work twice he ran down and was still saying sorry ma'am and I feel for him that his not the problem maybe my key just fail.

I like the cleaning of the room, just that I beg the lady I want the body wash she told me I have to pay. I love the kitchen also but could be improved more by additing some other food. Equally most of Marriot room my first day they welcome me with fruits is is just normal hotel room aside bathing material complimentary tea no other thing common fruits the room it is funny. In 3 weeks time I will be coming with my daughter I started thing only morning food how would I cope with my daughter. Iam scare eating out side because I don't eat dog or pork

Rooms are good, good space and nice bathroom. Nice staff, very helpfull and kind. Good bus service to canton fair.

Good breakfast, but missing fresh good juice, the juices were too synthetic. Beds are too hard. I reserved a smoking room but it wasnt available when I checked in, should have told me before. The swimming pool was under renovation which wasnt told when booked.

Everything’s great except that we paid higher at the property due to high season because of the canton fair. Then we did not get the room with the bath tub as opposed to what we have booked at booking.com where it supposedly showed the bath tub as part of the features of the room under our reservation

The fact that booked with options of no payment required and pay at the property yet they charged one night fare way in advance .

My family enjoyed the stay. Friendly and helpful staff. My family wanted the windows to be opened and staffs made it possible after some procedures. Most of the times it is easy to call a cab. Quiet and cozy neighborhood and we rested well.
