The hotel is conveniently located near the Conference Centre and close to "Xingang East" Train Station (#8 line), making it easy to get around via the metro train. There are also several fast food options nearby, which was helpful for quick meals. The staff were very friendly and helpful making our stay more pleasant. The buffet breakfast was a highlight, offering a wide variety of quality food and local cuisine, which our kids especially enjoyed.

For our family holiday, the location was a bit inconvenient as it is far from major city attractions like Beijing Road. The hotel lobby is not on the ground floor, requiring guests to take two lifts, which can be a hassle. During our stay, a large company event made the hotel extremely crowded, and getting into the lifts felt like squeezing onto a packed train during rush hour. While the staff were helpful, the concierge limited English made simple communication challenging, and we had to rely on a translation app.

The breakfast spread was outstanding and had a lot of options for vegetarians as well. I was surprised to see such a huge and fabulous breakfast spread as I have been travelling to China quite often and usually the options for vegetarians are limited. The rooms were very nice and spacious and the facilities and the amenities were also too good as I enjoyed the Gym, Spa and the Italian restaurant was also very nice. I actually had a very nice experience staying at this hotel and it will be a must stay for me for my future trips as well

There is nothing that I remember that needs improvement and I can surely say that it is a wonderful experience staying here and you cannot remember or experienced that I can say that i did not like about this Hotel.

The room was comfortable, and most of the staff were very helpful throughout my stay. I would especially like to commend Kelly and Krystal for their outstanding assistance, which was very much appreciated and greatly enhanced my experience.

The reception should be aware that guests may often need small change. When I asked to break a 100 Yen note, one of the counter staff initially suggested that I go to a bank. Although he eventually provided the change, please understand that the need for small denominations will always exist. It is unreasonable to expect a guest to find a bank just to break a 100.

Beautiful rooms that are very clean and well appointed. Bathroom is beautiful and shower is a great size with good water pressure. Bed is super comfortable which is what I need after a long day walking around the expo. The pool is indoor which is different but enjoyable and there is a fantastic hidden enclosed spa next to the change rooms which I enjoy. I used the sauna and steam room also which was great. The hotel itself is very modern and grand. Perfect for business travellers going to the convention centre, short stroll across the walk bridge and your there.

There really isn't anything I didn't like. I do prefer outdoor pools especially in summer but at least having an indoor pool it can be used during the winter months also.

The location is perfect if you are coming for the trade shows, there's too many options for breakfast, the gym, spa and swimming pool are really good and there's no other passangers using them. The atention that I received from tracy in the front desk was great.

The smell. I don't know if it's the carpet floor or the ventilation A/C, but there's certains smells that people from Occident can notice.

Cleanliness and elegance mix with the kindness of the staff; this hotel is very well managed and conveniently located to the trade show area. Easy to commute to train station guangzhou east for speed train to HK, it takes 20 minutes. Commuting to the airport is a very long way around an 1 hour. Breakfast, rooms, and inside restaurant have all that you need for a business staying. I will certainly come back again.

Staff should know which exhibition is taking place and should provide the right directions to reach the part of the exhibition hall of your interests.

Great warm welcome, speedy check in. Club package was great snacks and drinks available in club lounge. Lounge had inside and outside seating with beautiful views all across Guangzhou. Pool and steam room were good to relax. Krystal and Jessie were great! They looked after us really well for the stay. Super comfy bed and blank out blinds with a strong breakfast choice - I enjoyed the omelette station and fresh breads on offer. A perfect city break hotel.

English breakfast tea to be offered at breakfast. Only option for tea is generic black tea.

The service was great from the Concierge to the rooms. Could not fault the staff and the front desk manager Sharon was very helpful. The room was not large, but comfortable for our 7-night stay.

In room facilities were missing good coffee facilities and milk. Instant coffee is provided which was not expected from a 5-star hotel. The only let down. Otherwise, a very nice hotel. The taxi driver said it is "#1 hotel!!"
