This was my 4th stay at this hotel. I stay here during exhibitions being held at the Poly World Trade Center. It is just a few minutes walking from it. The hotel rooms are very spacious and there is lots of daylight coming in. The beds are very very good! Very big and extremely comfortable. The breakfast is also very good. So much choice of Asian food, but also Western food. The hotel is perfect for business people. The staff was friendly and helped me a lot with certain things like ordering food etc.

It is a bit expensive compared to other hotels in the same class, but the reason I stay here is because I can rely on the good rooms. There is no option for massage. It use to have it. The restaurant also has not so many choice as it use to have and the staff don't speak English very well. The desk staff can speak English.

This was my 3th stay in this hotel. The location is perfect when you need to go to the Poly World Trade Center. I had a corner room wich was very big and many windows, so ideal amount of daylight coming in. With a nice view over the city. The beds are very comfortable and big. Clean rooms and a excellent breakfast buffet.

This time, the staff did not speak English, something I was used to have here and one of the reasons to stay at this hotel. Especially when you keep in mind may international guests stay here. Seems after covid many changes has been made that are not very positive in my opinion. There is no midnight roomservice anymore, I loved that in te past. After all day on the fair coming back late, I often would order food around midnight, but not possible anymore.

Very convenient for visiting Canton Fair. Very spacious rooms, comfortable beds with exceptional relaxing mattresses. Rich breakfast covering every type of taste. Polite and willing to help personnel.

The rates were excessive during the period of the fair! It was really hard to communicate with the staff especially at the Chinese restaurant if you do not speak Chinese!

Karson from their Reception did an excellent job assisting me with managing to get to the hotel from the main train station where i found myself stranded. As a foreigner, knowing you have a helping hand on the other side of the phone line is always a good thing.

The Breakfast was awesome and catered for every taste. There were a lot of fresh foods and cooked options available. Marco Xu at the Concierge desk went more than the extra mile in making our stay memorable and assisting with bookings for transport, river cruise, dinner and pointing us to shopping destinations.

It would've been nice if it had a outdoor pool. Maybe a rooftop pool with a bar as a relaxing area.

Nice and clean and great walking distance to the Exhibition Centre

It was tough getting to the exhibition and very hot. Poor signage once you left the hotel. As per staff in Hotel nice and friendly. A few Language Barriers but otherwise great

Room is clean and well designed, although the place is a little bit far from the city center, it is near a subway station and easily reached on foot. Quite and well maintained.

Ease of access to the canton fair compex

Access through from area c to a and b was made hard as no elevator were working and doors were locked closed

the location is really for attending the fair , very convenient.

booking the room via Booking.com was not the answer, my booking was cancelled many times till I had my friend in China went to pay for the booking.

Great location! I loved it, I could just literally walk to the Canton fair through the hotel.
