The hotel has unique design and atmosphere, which definetely earns top marks. Personnel was superb. We appreciate tea service with lots of fruits and snacks. It is located 1 step away from a long pedestrian street with lots of cafes and shops. Location is right in the center with easy walk to key attractions.

I think the hotel rooms are in need of renovation. The price and comfort level does not match. Breakfast was basic with very limited choice. If you select this hotel you pay for location, unique style and unique experience. Also because of its location car can not reach the hotel directly.

This hotel fully met my expectations. We appreciated that personnel at reception could speak English and were most helpful and wellcoming. The room was spacious and comfortable, cleaning was done daily. Metro is 5 min on foot, nearby you can find some cafes and small restaurants. Also location is not noisy, I had very good sleep.

The only thing I disliked was cold breakfast. The buffet is on plates without cover, so all the dishes easily get cold. At the time of our stay there was minus temperature outside, so inside the buffet area was very cold (knowing there is no heating in China) and food was stone cold.

Excellent boutique hotel. You can tell the owners have given their personal touch to the hotel to ensure their guests have a pleasant and memorable stay. The hotel was clean and welcoming. Hotel staff from front desk to cleaners pleasant, professional and helpful. The breakfast was plentiful , healthy and good quality as was the afternoon tea. We met young couples , families with young children and business guests . Trendy and stylish hotel The only slight drawback is the hotel is not that central and you will need a 25mins taxi ride to reach the some popular tourist areas however this should not put you off choosing this hotel. we will visit again .

Room is nice and clean. Breakfast is super and offers variety of healthy choices Staffs are very keen to help and friendly There is also a self laundry washing and dryer machine with free laundry detergents. Iron facilities are also available Great free afternoon tea and snacks in a very cosy rest areas with plenty of interesting books and sofa seats. The executive lounge is a huge place for friends gathering Also offer assistance to do online order and delivery via MeiTuan. There are number of good restaurants nearby like Jiang Nan Yi, Tian Lun Li, Taiwan Xiao chi and we are spoiled with so many varieties with 50 meters.

Unfortunately hotel wifi need to use Chinese domestic handphone number to receive OTP and is restricted to 2-3 devices. They offered us alternative log in to a separate wifi with password but the speed is very low as we were told the wifi station is only at the 1st floor. I hope they could offer better wifi access to foreigners who does not have Chinese mobile phone numbers

Trendy design with simple clean lines. Comfortable bed and linens. Good powerful shower Artiisinal teas provided in room is very good. Breakfast is in a cosy cafe in the lower ground floor of the building The buffet is small but has a good selection with carefully presented foods served freshly cooked with artisanal flair. The area is quiet with tree lined boulevards. Near to bus stops and metro stops.

Public area were a bit dark and main entrance looked like a back entrance Coffee machine provided lukewarm cappuccino

People there must love their job. You can see that in every details. Location is great for us too. It is not in the center but still has good connection. In fact it’s next to the mountain which is a big plus for us. It’s also next to Tian Mu Li where we found many good restaurants and cafe. I would choose this hotel again if I ever go back to Hangzhou

When the light in the toilet is on, it can be seen from outside…not an issue, but we had to be careful to give each other some privacy. And there can be more light in the bathroom as well. None of these affect our experience though.

Weekday front desk staff was super friendly and patient with our Chin-glish. The facilities were as pictured and described. It was close to Exit D of the station, right behind. There is a small FamilyMart , Luckin coffee, and the cutest/friendly Italian/French restaurant around the corner.

More personal since we had a lot of luggage but to get to the charming hotel there is a set of stairs to climb if you want to take the 5 min short cut from the station. The area is next to an abandoned looking outdoor mall/workspace which wasn't as appealing

The hotel was really nice. Rooms were spacious and we had free use of the minibar which was nice. Location isn't the best as it's a bit far away from the sights and places you'd want to go but that also meant it was quiet.

The air conditioning was not cool enough for a traveller from Australia. I had to have my window open most of the time to try and get the room cool enough to sleep in.

Everything was exceptional! Both check in and check out were fast and smooth, the close proximity to the metro station was super convenient. We were amazed by the vast choices at the breakfast buffet and how wonderful the buffet looked, you can also order additional things such as freshly made eggs etc. The room was spacious and came with complimentary mini bar drinks and snacks which were refilled daily, as well as a tea set with two local types of tea and a Nespresso coffee machine. On top of that there was a coffee machine, an iced tea, and a pot of hot tea in the hotel lobby and every afternoon they would be accompanied by a variety of freshly made snacks and sweet treats such as sandwiches, french fries, onion rings and chicken nuggets, cream puffs, oatmeal with yoghurt and fresh fruit. The staff were very attentive and super friendly, some of them can speak english. We were absolutely stunned by everything this hotel offered, we‘ll be back for sure.

Location not too far from the subway, room is spacious, bathroom is separated with the toilet, looks modern and clean. Staff is very helpful, especially Ivan who helped me to bring my luggage to the staircase to the subway station. They also have afternoon tea session with a various snack and good tea.

Nothing, this hotel fit my expectations perfectly. But there is still more room to improve by making a more visible sign for the hotel as it's only on the top of the building side and providing more information about public transportation and the tourist attraction.
