We are thoroughly impressed with the convenient location of your hotel. The nearby dining options have been delightful, and being within walking distance to popular tourist streets has made our stay truly memorable. Thank you for providing such a wonderful experience for your guests!

This is not a complaint, but just a reminder to all guests who are using apps to call taxi. The map would appear to have two addresses with the same hotel name. Make sure you choose the correct one.

Perfect location

The breakfast options could be a bit better, but most uncomfortable were the rooms which are not temperature controlled individually and it became so freaking hot while outside it was minus 18 degrees. This made me sick upon the first day. That was a pity because apart from that, the room would have been quite comfortable.

It's central location close to almost everything. And the weather is so nice and pleasant.

In the bathroom, when taking a long shower, it flooded the whole bathroom. Fortunately, the water doesn't get out. According to the janitorial staff, they mentioned that the pipes are small.

The staff were very friendly and helpful! The beds were comfortable and I was able to cool the room down, by opening the window! The hotel was close to all the sites I wanted to see in my 2 days here. They even worked it out with us to keep 1 room until 5pm, so we could have a place to rest before heading to the airport at 5pm, for a small fee.

The Superior King bedroom was too small! It sounded bigger!

- The staff is superfriendly and helpful. - The room was clean and the bed comfortable. It was also nice and warm in the room (actually too warm). - The location is very good, centrally located, with the Stalin Park (river-front), Zhongyang road and a metro station within walking distance. It is possible to take the metro to the Sun Park (snow sculptures), the Ice and Snow world, and museum 731. - The breakfast was delicious and a big portion. Due to the fact there were very few guests in the hotel, there was no breakfast buffet, but the evening before you could pre-order breakfast, with a choice out of 4 different types. At this time it was possible to have breakfast in the canteen in the basement. - This hotel is provides good value for money and is suited if you are travelling on a budget. They accept foreigners.

- The hotel is pretty run-down; in my room there was a big damage on the ceiling of an old water leakage, and the towels had holes in them which were sewed together. A lot of TV channels did not function well (for the rest it is a good TV). In the canteen in the basement they tried to cover up some old water damages. - The room smelled like smoke when I came in, and I found some ashes. - There was no way to regulate the heating in the room, and although outside it was -28, I had the window a bit open the whole night to keep the room at a comfortable sleeping temperature. Not so sustainable of course.

Location was great, stuff pretty friendly. Hotel charged money from credit card first, but we had been planning to pay cash. And they returned everything back in a moment. That was so helpful!

Excellent location for exploring Harbin. Close to Zhongyang (Central) street and only 5 minutes to the metro which is only 1 stop to the snow sculpture park and 2 stops to the ice world.
